Tonight was the first night eating from this restaurant, and my husband and I cannot be more pleased. The food was delicious, hot and fresh and was delivered very quickly. This will be a go to in the future.
They no longer offer in dining room experience. When asked today why their Google places stated that they offer in restaurant dining, it appears they are never going back to dining in the restaurant and will only offer delivery and takeout forever moving forward. Unfortunate because we eat out to get out of our house, not sit at our own kitchen table.
Don't waste your money. The meal was entirely inedible. I threw it away after two bites. Maybe they can do Chinese, but whay they presented as Thai is nowhere close. Absolutely awful.
I try to only leave positive reviews, I love to support our local businesses. I just don’t want anyone to waste their money and hopefully with the feedback things will change. We ordered 2 dishes and neither one was edible. They were supposedly the most popular dishes. The egg rolls were fine and we were able to eat those but everything else is going in the trash. Such a bummer. Some of the veggies/mushrooms tasted like dirt and overall it just was bad. Really bad. I’m sorry!! Hopefully it will improve!
I have been buying food from this place for years and I’ve never had a problem until tonight. I live 30 minutes from the restaurant but I go down there because their food is good and I pass it on my way home from work. I order two dinner combinations get a phone call that says my husband picked up the wrong food first of all my husband and pick up the food I did you’re the one who handed me the food I didn’t just take the food off the counter the gentleman behind the counter always knows what I order because I’ve been coming there for years . Then have the nerve to say but why don’t you come back and get it I was 30 minutes away I’m not coming back maybe you should’ve delivered it since you messed up the orders.
I have never had a meal here that disappoints. The chef can’t get any better! The food is perfectly prepared. I’d give them six stars for flavor, speed, portions, service and presentation. Excellent in every way. Thank you pacific spice.
Good food… Take out only is available which is crazy since almost every other chinese restaurant is open for dine in now.. Hard to place order on phone as i am always put on hold or phone is busy.. they need more help up front
Everytime I order from this place my family and I get sick. The food is always cold and it's way over priced. I have tried this place 4 times and had the same results. The best place by far is .5 mile down the road at Golden house. Food is fanomal! Pacific spice im not so sure how they have stayed in business as long as they have. Especially with the rude employees to top it all off. I paid $100 or more sometimes when ordering not including tip you think they would value customer service when paying this much for their food. This place is not worth the money or the time of day.My suggestion is to take the extra 3 mins to drive a little further.you will not regret your decision!
Used to be one of my favorite spots, but after the encounter I had with someone over the phone hanging up on me because i had to cancel an order and seeing all these terrible reviews I think I'm better off not trying them anymore.
Great food but whatever time they tell you on a Friday or Saturday night for take out, double it so you're jnot wasting your time there. They're always super busy.
