Great location with the utmost friendly staff.they managed to work efficiently to get the dinner rush constantly moving through their order. Overall I would put Moe's somewhere between Qdoba and Chipotle. They have a great assortment of meats, vegetables (fresh & cooked) salsa bar, free chips with your meal!! We will be back Fore more!
We went yesterday 6/8/22 around 5 pm. It was filthy. Food & crumb all over the floor. Salsa bar was empty and dirty. I should have taken pics. Next time I will!Food was mediocre at best. Cardboard
Refusing service to a handicap person…probably not the best idea. I tried to order food from you all earlier this evening…I was told they can’t take orders over the phone & had to use the app. Fair enough…I completely understand. Then, the app says your location isn’t currently accepting online orders. I call back to inquire - the poor girl who answered seemed stressed & flustered. She said she would get her manager (I didn’t ask for one). When he got on the phone & said that he purposely turned off b/c they were too busy. I politely said I could understand but that I can’t come inside the store b/c I’m currently handicap & can’t stand that long. His response was “I’m sorry, I can’t help you with that.” I was so stunned that I asked him to repeat himself, & he did. Wow…I was shocked! He could have been way nicer about it. Would it really have been that much of an inconvenience to take an order over the phone? All I wanted was a simple burrito…Are you all this friendly to all handicap people? Do you all refuse handicap all the time?
DoorDash drivers avoid this place and save yourself the humiliation and stress of being embarrassed and yelled at by the employees. I just stopped by to pick up a DoorDash order for delivery and I walked up to the area that said pick up in order to pick up my delivery when I did I was yelled at and humiliated in front of a store of customers for simply walking past a imaginary line on the floor with no gate to pick up my order…. I was yelled at by the employees and the manager it was so embarrassing I have not been that humiliated in public in a long time I don’t even see how these people have jobs. I used to be a fan at eating at Moe’s but I will never ever ever eat at this Moes again nor will any of my family members or children. And I will never pick up a DoorDash order from these rude unprofessional people again I am so ashamed that corporate people even act like that. Moes you lost me and all my friends and family as customers so deliver ya own tacos from now own..
So, normally I love Moe’s…but yours has lost my business - I call to place an an order, & am told I can only order through the app. Okay, that’s fine & understandable. However, according to the app, you have that option turned off. I call back to inquire & the manager said they were just too busy to accept orders through the app. I explain that I’m currently handicap & can’t come into the store to order. I am then told by the manager “Sorry, I can’t help with that.” Are you this friendly & helpful to all handicap people? I understand that you all were busy, but would it have really taken that much to take 1 order (which was just 1 burrito) & then done curbside?
They handle take out orders very well. Food was tasty and hot. Ready on time for pick up.
Love the food here! I stop every time I'm in Woodstock. On top of great food the service is always crazy fast and friendly!
While it was crowded due to promotion, staff was very courteous and was able to keep store clean. Food tasted fresh and great.We had tofu bowl. Tofu was soft and steamed.Moe's may want to continue training staff on food placement to avoid cross contamination to keep this vegan friendly.
Food was very flavorful and hot and great customer service! This is way better than going to other fast food places. This is a healthier and cheaper alternative. 5/5
Literally the best burrito I've ever had. Then again, I'm white so it doesn't really count.
