Never had a bad experience at this location. Food and service are always excellent.My wife prefers her pizza extra crispy and they always get it right. We frequent several of the Mellow Mushrooms in Cobb and Cherokee county and this Town Lake location is a definite go-to for us!
The most disgusting Philly "STEAK and cheese" I have ever eaten. Layers and layers of grease. And it is not even sliced ribeye steak as advertised....it is hamburger. If I wanted a chuck hamburger, I would have ordered a chuck hamburger. On top of that they charge door dash fees and do not tell you about it. If I am going to pay the exorbitant expense of door dash, I want to order from an actual restaurant like Longhorn. Lot of deception going on here......and in just one order. I don't think I've ever left a review of a restaurant before.....good or bad. No mom and pop shop as the name would suggest either. It is corporate ran....probably by Enron from the looks of it. Tara did refund my "hamburger" at least.
Always delicious, and consistent doesn’t matter which location you go to. I tend to eat the Greek salad with tempeh or tofu and my husband loves the veggie pizza with a local beer. Wish they’d make a homemade gf crust like some of the other local pizzeria’s.
Picked up while visiting friends in town..Holy shiitake was our favorite! Great flavors and fresh ingredients
Placed an order online that arrived completely wrong. When I called to ask how to best handle this the manager on duty, Melanie, was not only rude, but laughed when I was I’m the middle of discussing how the order was made improperly (none of the extra ingredients we paid for were included). When I asked her why she found this funny she proceeded to continue to laugh and then hung up on me. When I called back to ask to speak to the manager she informed me she was the manager. Not wonder they can’t get a simple order correctly if this is the type of “leadership” they have in place. A simple conversation could have fixed this. I’ve heard so many bad things about this location, until today never experienced it for myself. No wonder it’s always dead when we go in. With horrible attitudes like this no doubt they won’t be in business much longer. Losing customers left and right. I asked for the owners information and was told I could find it online, and hung up on again.
In for a quick lunch, Ceaser salad & slice. Tara was very nice, great service, and taste as I remembered from my early years in late 60's. We'll be back
Place was clean. Food was average. Interior did have a tavern feel. Could be a fun place to go during one of their entertainment events.
I came here with my brother and both of our families. We were here for a while and the kiddo's we're getting restless. The waitress was super nice and friendly and so understanding. Love the atmosphere as I used to work at a mellow mushroom years ago. Pizza was delicious as always. We got the Great White. Soooo good. Loved it.
This place is ways on point no matter tge location. However, a big shoutout and thank you to the Woodstock GA location. Awesome service. Food was great. Ask for Grace when you come, she was fantastic.
I don't remember her name, but our waitress was amazing. She was very kind and patient considering we had quite the group of small children. The food was delicious as always. We will definitely return. Thank you guys!
