This is by far the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to, it is bad enough it takes my entire lunch break, an hour to order and get food here but today they somehow trumped their extremely horrible service. A girl there with brown hair was cursing and threatening the food makers as she was throwing people's food at them and them back at her. My experience started when I mobile ordered ahead knowing the ridiculous lines, I got into the long drive through which took 25 minutes to get to the speaker, once their I told her I was there to pick up a mobile order and gave her a code. Well it took over 20 more minutes and I had still not reached the window so I drove into the curbside spot and went inside. The girl that was arguing with her coworkers and very loudly cursing at them didn't acknowledge anyone standing there. After 10 minutes she came over and asked what I needed, I showed her my mobile order number and payment confirmation, she said "I don't have your order!" I said I have the receipt here on my phone she barely glanced and said tell me what it was I told her and she said, I don't have that so I don't know what to tell you. She asked another girl that said if it's not on the screen she doesn't have an order! Well okay then I walked away and said I'll cancel the order, so I did. I would rather starve then come here again. Drive a mile down the street before you go here they are horrible!!!!!

This location is so bad it makes soup kitchens look like 5 star restaurants. I seriously think it’s the managers fault here as they seem to have a crazy high turnover with meals consistently being screwed up. For example today I ordered a quarter pounder and got a hockey puck. Crazy part is the location on 92 is so convenient with a good spot in woodstock it just isn’t worth it for the garbo food they put out there. I just wish they would do a change in management.

It's okay. The food is horrible. The fries always taste like cardboard. I heard they re fry the fries. When they get cold. The young kids that work there don't care about there job and they don't care how the food looks that they send out to use. They don't like making Frappuccino milkshakes ice cream. they will tell us that is broken. When it works perfectly fine. It's just all around horrible mcds.

I can't believe I'm writing a review of McDonald's but here we are... You typically know what to expect when going to a McD's, and it's not gourmet food or service and I don't expect that. I like to have it once every couple of weeks or so because I like some fries and a mcdouble, maybe a 1/4 pounder. This location routinely is terrible. Extremely long waits in the drive-thru (which is all that's open), inaccurate orders, cold/stale food. I only go there because it's convenient, I'm not driving an extra 10min for McD's.I decided to give it another chance today and used the app to order ahead of time. When I arrived there were a decent amount of cars in the drive-thru so I chose curbside pickup which I'd done in the past and had found to be faster than waiting through their insanely slow drive-thru queue. Fast forward to 15 minutes later, after checking in and parking... no food. I go to their door to try to see what's up, no luck, locked. At this point it's 20 minutes since I checked in, so I had to walk up to the drive-through window, looking like an idiot, to ask them where my food was. They cluelessly looked around and found the bag behind them just sitting there with the big sticker on it for CURBSIDE 3. Keep in mind the curbside pickup parking is directly opposite of the drive-thru window in FULL VIEW. They knew I was there. As you can imagine, the food was cold by then but I wasn't about to wait for another order. Worst McDonald's ever, avoid if you can.Oh, when I got home I found they had messed up the order too, which was a simple "no onions."(edit: Less than 24 hours after leaving this review on the McD's website as well, the general manager of the location John Woody reached out to me directly. They mentioned that there's a known issue at this store and they're working to resolve it. I'm leaving my review as-is for now until I see improvements, but I wont' be visiting this location for at least a few months.)

Got in super late from west coast and this was literally my only option. I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in years.This was the longest I’ve ever waited in a fast food line in my life. It took 5 minutes to take my order after sitting at the menu, and 35 minutes in line between paying and getting my food. I had a cheeseburger and French fries. The French fries were cold and old. I wouldn’t have waited and just left if I wasn’t starving after traveling all day.

Confused order taker. She left without giving me a receipt. Called her back and she said "there was no paper" Asked for the manager and after a long wait she appeared very angry with the receipt paper. I asked "why doesn't the paper get changed immediately?" She said I was being "rude", when in fact SHE was being rude to me. There were so many workers milling around near the food, but no one would come and take orders from the customers that were lining up. Also, they ignored my husband when he asked for ketchup. What a miserable place....never returning. AND that manager should be fired for her terrible attitude. Her name is Naomi.

Waiting at the call box to see if someone would take my order. No one did after several minutes. The guy at the second call box drove away after several minutes of not being served as well. This was 7PM on a Friday night… they close at 11. The McDonalds down the road served me. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location.Last time I pulled up at 10:40 on a Friday night and they left everyone sitting at the drive thru and then shut the lights off on all of us at 11. No idea what is going on with the night shift at this location.

There were 6 vehicles ahead of us and we understand the shortage but 20 minutes was too long. Ordered 2 burgers with bacon, only one had bacon. Fries were very old.

McDonalds is the worst food franchise. Their prices have gone thru the roof. Their food quality is terrible. And their staff in incompetent without compare. The manager threatened to call the cops on me after I requested a refund following a series of wrong orders being handed to me at the drive thru window. The delivery person kept my receipt and handed me the wrong order again and told her manager I was given a drink which was not true nor had I ordered a drink. Finally, the manager agreed to refund my order but gave me the wrong amount as a refund. After more haggling, I finally got the correct refund. Maybe one day they will learn to use their computers to track their customer's orders. Shamefully horrible operation for a mega corporation that is long past its prime.
