Refused service at 10:48 when closed at 11. Rude manager who ignored me and never took my order. Waited behind cars for over 10 minutes and only realized at 11 that they never intended to take my order or serve my family. When I finally asked for the manager, he replied he was the manager. Unprofessional and will never receive our business again.
Wow, what an incredible experience. I don’t get gas t food thinking I’m going to have great service, but simple manners should be a staple. No “you’re welcome”, no “thank you”, “no here you go.” Just rude millennial employees that hate their job. Even the manager working the window didn’t even speak, just held the bag out without saying a word. Oh, and thanks for not putting any napkins in the bag! Avoid this location!!!!
The evening manager Talisha or whatever her name is and her staff are the rudest employees with terrible attitudes i have ever met. Worst customer service ever. My husband and i had a mobile order. When we pulled up the lady at the intercom said to give her a moment. No problem. We're sitting there waiting, another car pulls up to the other drive through and places their order. So my husband says hello into the intercom, the person came back on with the rudest attutude yelling "I SAID GIVE ME A MOMENT. " i asked to speak with a manager and she comes to the window also with an attitude. I explained to her what had happened but she was so Nonchalant about it. I will not be patronizing this location. These employees fail to realize they have jobs because of customers. If you hate your job that much then quit.
I hardly ever eat at fast food places anymore with the chemically treated meats and over process quality of food. I'd rather go to a Shake Shack or 5 Guys atleast for a better quality burger experience.But, recently myself and a couple worker of mine stopped into this McDonalds due it was the fastest and only food place to get in and out of.My co worker told me McDonalds took a big hit with consumers and changed thier beef, no more frozen patties, burgers are cooked to order and the quality of beef is way better than before.McDonald's has to keep up with the fast casual gourmet places that I normally would go to.I got my double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon large fries and Coke. Super sized it!! Took a bite out of the burger and the meat was seasoned really good. The quality of the meat is way better than the past chemically treated frozen burger. Yes, wait times are longer since it's cook to order. But the experience of that burger for a fast food place was better. The burgers are still small and not better than the fast casual gourmet burger places but McDonalds has raised thier game.I will still keep going to Shack Shack or a specialty burger place but if I am ever in a situation that it's a McDonald only then yes I will stop in. A pleasant surprise on thier quality of beef and a good move by them.I do see were maybe McDonalds is trying to become a higher quality place within signaling that they're becoming a burger/Cafe type of place?? Not sure what's that about.Maybe McDonalds can address that question for me and the rest of the consumers.The restaurant was clean and modern from the old school versions I had been in since the 80s LOLI would recommend to try it out this location by the outlet mall of off I-575. The manager at this location needs to learn people skills and how to treat the customers. Is sad to see someone in management with such of poor skills.
I do breakfast here at least 3 times a week. The morning crew is great. The crew I encountered tonight was rude and incompetent. Manager yelling at me she does not care.. Employees laughing at me because I waited 10 minutes for them to get my order correct. And tell me to move on. Of course my food was not fit to eat when I got home.. I love the morning crew. However, I will not be back. I will not support a owner who doesn't care how their employees treat their customers. I say this because this manager and employee have treated a friend of mine similar.
They tell to order on the kiosk but the 2 for 3 is not on there. The food is Marat is not hot so the cheese is not melted. If you do not get the nuggets they are not good. On Sundays they close the lobby at 6pm so no car no food.
Absolutely the most disrespectful as* people working here. Huffing and Puffing into the intercom after everything I say. If she was incapable of her job she could have just said so ?♀️.The manager had a pebble for a brain and was more disrespectful than the first girl. But what more can you expect from McDonalds ??
just got called a B**ch for asking for a receipt at the food pick up window. I got here at 10:45 pm asked if they were still open and the manager said yes + took my order. I pulled to the payment window. the guy at the payment window was so short + rushed me I forgot to request a receipt. got to the food pick up window and the girl rolls her eyes at me, hands me my food, walks away while I’m talking to her. I called out 3 times to get her attention and she ignored me. I blew my horn and she walked over and asked me did I blow at her I said yes bc I called out and could not get her attention. I kindly asked for a receipt. she said, “you should have gotten your receipt at the other window. Im not getting you no receipt.” then rolled her eyes at me. I asked who took my order, she said her manager. I asked to get her manager. she closed the window and called me a b**ch to my face. I said to her I’m not a b**ch and don’t call me a name just for asking for a receipt! and then about three other angry worker ls came over defending her and angrily yelling at me!! I told one person who asked me what happened and she started defending the girl who called me out of my name. I thought she was the manager and she said she wasn’t. I asked for the manager again. The manager comes over and tries to defend the girl who cursed at me and called me out of my name by saying she had been there since 7am! While I can understand the shortage in restaurant workers and those that are working being overworked. But it is NOT OKAY TO TAKE THAT OUT ON CUSTOMERS EVER. ESP when I was not mean, rude or disrespectful to her. I simply asked for a receipt!!!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I will report this and require that this be addressed!! This is HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Stay AWAY from this place!! I forgot to mention while I was talking to the manager, the girl that called me a B**ch came back over and threw the receipt at me out of the window and it landed on the ground. And the manager stood right there said nothing did nothing tried to make an apology for it but at that point it was horrible and there was nothing!! Again, this is horrible service in this needs to be dealt with!!
This is the most disgusting McDonald’s I’ve been in and the service is horrible!Self service kiosk is the only way to order as they have no staff watching the front at all.My family and I ordered our meal and took a table ticket for them to deliver the food. Immediately after we couldn’t find a spot to sit at that wasn’t absolutely disgusting, we cleaned our own space to sit down.Food was ready and they yelled out number instead of delivered, as the table ticket said.We didn’t get drink cups had to wait an additional 5 minutes and literally yell to get the attention of staff to get us cups. When I opened my order (which was the new mccrunch double cheeseburger with chicken nuggets) it did not get delivered that way - I literally got a double cheeseburger and 6 piece nuggets. Also realizing I paid almost $2 more for this as both of those are on the 2 for $3 menu!Went to get our soda and all pop was flat, area was disgusting and there were no lids.While eating our food there were multiple people who were through drive through who had to walk in to get their order.McDonald’s should come and look over this place and shut it down!I completely understand that it’s a fast food place and my expectations should not be astronomical but in this case their not, I want service and drinks and food as I ordered!
