Went there for lunch today order the 2 cheeseburger meal. Got it back to hotel and was disgraceful, half the meat and cheese hanging of different sides of the bun on both burgers. Thought we'll maybe was rushed was only 1 car in front of when I went thru. Made the mistake of going back for dinner again order the 2 cheeseburger meal and it was actually even worse than this afternoons. I've had a few bad places on occasion everyone can mess up, but I'm guessing since 1st trip was at 1130am and 2nd trip was at 7pm 2 different shifts. This only tells me the management doesn't care in the mornings or evenings.
Did a mobile order for pickyp around 6pm.Got a double quarter pounder with cheese ans 6 count nuggetFood was hot and fresh. The interior staff were also friendly and responsive.
If you see the cars stacking outside, this location isn’t like Chick-fil-A. It won’t be a 5 minute fast food experience. Every single time you see 10 cars or so, it is a 30 minute wait. Best advice I can give you is to bounce. Good luck.
A nice young man handed me my coke and told me “remember you’re the best”. He was probably being silly, but I have severe depression and it helped a lot. I am crying as I’m typing this review. Thanks, man.
Took 15min and the order was wrong. People are nice but they need more help
Moldy bun on fish sandwich.... also problems with their drive thru. They call me out of order..I was in line first.. a minute later another person pulls up in the other drive thru line but gets called first.. this has happened multiple times before..
This is the best location in Woodstock. Hot food, and great service! ?

I placed on order online and unfortunately something went wrong in the ordering system and it never showed up to be filled at the store. The manager on staff, I didnt catch his name, quickly put together my order while they were experiencing a major dinner rush. Excellent service overall, especially given the circumstances and food was hot and fresh.
Came to eat a quick dinner for me and my son. I usually don’t receive good service at other McDonald’s restaurants so this was a breath of fresh air! Eboni was very nice to us, and made sure our needs were met! Five star restaurant hands down.
