Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.. THEY NEVER CAN DELIVER.THE MANAGER IS RUDE AND NASTY.. AND IF YOU DO ORDER A PIZZA THEY COMPLETELY GET THE ORDER WRONG.. 3RD TIME THIS MONTH TRied to order for delivery... always no delivery driver available.. or the managers says they driver just quit

Pizza is great but every time I call it’s a 2 hour wait for delivery. Sad to say we won’t be ordering from them any longer.

Shawn is an exemplary employee. He called to make me aware he was stuck in traffic and made the delivery after being caught in traffic an extra 15 minutes.

I called and placed an order at what I thought was the right location. After driving out of my way to the wrong location on Main Street,( canton highway, Marietta). The kid at the counter told me that I never called him and my order isn’t at that store. After asking if I can get my order there he again said that it wasn’t there and he can’t help.So after I drover another 30 minutes to the store on towne lake, I was greeted with a smile by Lori and a nice young lady with green hair.I explained the situation and she apologized profusely for the mix up and instantly said let me start making your pizza and we will figure it out soon.After about 15 minutes of sitting on their comity couch in the waiting room, Lori brought my pizza over to me and after insisting to pay for the food they made for me she said that she will take care of this for me, since I had a mix up with the stores.Needles to say, Lori at the towne lake location will always get my money, and business. They are out of the way and I have to pass another location to get to them but they are the best.This is my first time ever getting Marcos pizza and this will definitely NOT be my last!Thank you so much for your compassion and customer service! We need more people like this in the world!

Just walked into Marcos pizza in Woodstock and while waiting in line, heard the lady at the cash register ask the customer in front of us, if she was ordering for here or to go. When we got to the register, just to make sure I understood correctly, we asked to eat there. She said she didn’t know, and asked the manager and all of a sudden, the dine in was not available. She said something about not having the serving pans… didn’t really understand. I hate pulling the race card but the lady in front of us was Caucasian. Why all of a sudden dine not available and we had to ask on top of that. The treatment wasn’t the same. And at that moment, I don’t even want you to prepare my food. I do not feel safe eating at the establishment. Didn’t ask why different version given to us because I clearly heard the conversation. People post up on the door if dine in is available or not, or even limited seating. Yes, chairs were on tables in the middle of the floor but booths were not closed off. It’s 2022 not 1957. Let’s do better when taking care of people. Treat and speak to everyone the same.

Had a delicious meal delivered to us tonight, very quickly too! Awesome customer service! We had one slight error where our soda was left out but they went out of their way and made it up to us. Will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you! ?

the manager on staff tonight, brandon, is clearly rude and incompetent. he was talking down to employees and saying rude things about them to other customers. this is unacceptable behavior especially from a manager. the store is clearly short staffed and the employees seem to be doing their best despite brandon claiming that nobody wants to work to customers.

We regretfully gave Marco’s our final try this evening. It was an elementary school spirit night, with student decorated boxes, so naturally we ordered dinner to see the pride on our child’s face when our pizza was to arrive in the box he decorated. Only the order took 2 hours and 20 minutes to be delivered. On arrival, everything was cold, and the pizza wasn’t delivered in the box my son decorated, even after giving his name & teachers name on two different occasions. First, when the order was placed, and again, 45 minutes after the stated delivery time, when calling to check on the status of our order. In fact, when I called tonight to check on our order I was told ‘You’re next up. If the order arrives and it’s cold or wrong, give us a call and we’ll refund your order.’ 45 minutes later, we finally had our pizza. It’s such a shame. When this location first opened, we ordered out and dined in regularly, multiple times a month...after they closed, & re-opened, we’ve received poor service, and poor quality food. The delivery driver was a sweet guy, and did his best to change our mood (kids asleep waiting for dinner, to wake to no decorated box, cold food, with dried grease pools on top), I found it obvious that he’d had to offer up quite a few apologies this evening. We will not be returning or ordering again.

Pizza was over 30 minutes late, cold and did not have the toppings that were ordered. A salad that was paid for was never delivered either. Manager wanted me to come and pick up a replacement pizza even though I paid for delivery and tipped very well. Avoid Marco's #8210!

We ordered a well done pizza and double sauced wings. The pizza was barely cooked and we had 2 full boxes of plain wings. Plain wings arent even on the menu. If this was not the last day of my visit with family we would have gone back to get the items replaced as nobody here likes plain wings or undercooked pizza. If you choose to order here, make sure to double check your order because they arent.
