I travel all the way from Atlanta, passing atleast 3-4 other Marco's with one being one exit from my home, but All that particular one is good for is the Lemon pepper wings! I have to travel clear across to another City to this location, to get the best made Pizza and cheesy bread made by a Marco's Pizza! The service isn't the best (always seems like it's a new employee everytime), like the majority of places here of late, but the quality of the pizza makes up for EVERYTHING else!! Certainly worth a Drive!!
Orderd a cheese n veggie pizza. They were both very delicious. The young man at counter was quite polite n nice.
Received four burnt pizzas for my daughter's 3rd birthday party for my curbside order that I had to come in and pickup?. I called the manager she stated they were using a different type of cheese and she could only offer more burnt pizza. I was forced to throw the pizza out and order tacos instead. Very disappointing to say the least!! I would not recommend this Marco's pizza. Poor customer service and poor quality product. They have lost a loyal customer forever
Marcos pizza when down the hill, it was burned, super thin, i rather buy little cesar next time. I remember marcos pizza from years ago .. i missed it.
I ordered a pizza and two drinks this evening. The driver forgot both drinks and then blamed the manager for being the one to have packed the order. Having worked at Marco’s as a manager it is the drivers responsibility to make sure they have the complete order before they walk out the door. My pizza was also missing all the crust modifiers I put in as well. That should have been checked before the pie walked out the door as well. Management needs to teach their employees about the importance of paying attention to details. There is no excuse for why my order was incomplete.
The 3 girls up front were so helpful and accommodating! Very sweet, especially to be working on a holiday. I appreciate them and I was so pleased with their service.
I fully understand the staff shortage going on, so the fact that my pizza was over an hour late, it happens, it's unfortunate but I am not upset about it.The fact that it arrived completely cold and when I called and they just apologized but did nothing else, that I can't abide by. It's unfortunate really, I do like Marco's pizza but delivering cold pizza over an hour late when I suggested an hour before that I could just pick it up if it was an issue, well, I suggest not to buy here if you want it either on time or warm. The extra star is because the pizza when it does arrive warm is pretty decent.
Long time customer since the week they opened years ago and we order regularly. This location picks and chooses that coupon codes they accept. They send the emails, but the person on the phone doesn’t have a clue. I tried ordering through the app, but it was wonky. So, I did the old school thing and called. They refused the coupon code and said I was wrong. The email came today and the special is valid through 11/29. They said no. I tried again, they still said no. It’s frustrating. I will just order elsewhere going forward.
Unsanitary and terrible management- several good pizza options near by, go to one of those. Taste of Italy, Your Pie or Papa Johns would be a better experience.
In general pizza from Marcos is good, taste wise always dependable no matter where I get it. Unfortunately this past time the food took extra time because they forgot about it. I don't think there was any other customers during that 15 minutes. The kids admitted they were goofing off and forgot, thank you for taking responsibility of your actions. I'm not sure exactly what happened, it might have been a miss hearing from wearing masks, the confusion of being forgot, or something else... But we specifically ordered a thick crust, and we ended up getting a thin crust. Didn't realize until we got home. Toppings were great though!!!
