Best live music venue I’ve been to with awesome sound quality. They were hosting a School of Rock Tour concert for teenage musicians and they treated the event like it was The Rolling Stones in the building! I’m big about the music production quality that venues provide and I was blown away. Staff and sound people were amazing as was the food. Makes me want to move to the area just to come here on a daily basis. Professionals here to the max!
My friend & I were 1st time customers & we won't be back. The drinks were OK but service was poor & slow. I had to ask 3 times for a second drink. Food was mediocre & very overpriced for what you get. Food was slow to arrive as well. The only thing that was enjoyable was the music. Paying the bill is done electronically so be careful. I was automatically charged 25% tip for poor service & mediocre food because I didn't see where to put the tip. Manager offered to redo the tip but I said I would pay it & call it a lesson learned. Almost $100 for 2 appetizers, 3 drinks...will not be going back. There are better places in Woodstock to go to with better service, better drinks, & better food.
This is an actual recording studio with a sound stage and a medium sized area for seating. It's been repurposed to serve food and drinks.So... they have live performances from various bands. In this case, the band was "Mad Margrith" - an 80's rock (& hair metal) cover band. The food was good, the show was good, and I will go again.One thing that really impressed me was that the band was so good that my phone identified a few titles as the original song and artist. Not all of them, of course, but even one was a first!
Food is over priced!! They served raw chicken to someone last night! They tried to serve a half cooked pork chop to our friend tonight they served burnt tiny bitty pieces of french fries and charge $10 to my sister-in-law in the last three years our food here has been done correctly three times that’s it I’ve had everything from a RAW Wayover dated steak that smelt like nasty feet from the time it hit the weight station and we were sitting at the end of the bar you could smell how rotten it was from 10 feet away! The food is disgusting ! Know matter the number of complaints this place is gone downhill when they first open they were on top of everything the food is horrible disgusting and it’s really sad it was our favorite place to go but now we hardly come here !!Nothing is ever done about the person fixing it!!
They must be very proud of their burnt fries $10 for those nasty fries! This place is a rip off.
Great place to listen to some tune and grab a cocktail. Prices are a high on their drinks and when you order a shot of tequila.It doesn't come in a shot glass, just a drink glass. So you have no idea if your getting what you really paid for.
#AccordingToArmonToday’s visit was pretty terrible. We spent more than $70+ and waited extremely long as well. The Customer service & timeliness/response time of the waiter was extremely below average. We were barely greeted and had to wait for water for more than 15-20 mins. The food was pretty good but again, the customer service of Mr. Bristol needs some improvement. In an industry like this; Customer Service/Interaction, Personality & Timeliness are extremely important for waiters/waitresses and if those are not present, business will suffer.Overall, the food was pretty good and the live music was chill but the customer service spoiled this visit.
Came here after we were denied service from Reel for “dress code” and were embarrassed in front of the entire restaurant. Brunch was amazing with 3$ mimosas and live music. We were pleasantly surprised and our server Quinton was so attentive. Definitely will be coming back! Thank you Quinton for making our experience so special and fun!
Service was good (not amazing, not bad). Food was about the same. Husband's pimento grilled cheese was pretty flavorless and watery from the tomato. My grilled chicken sandwich was thin and overcooked. My fave of the evening was fried green tomatoes app. The house fries were not my taste, and I wouldn't order them again. Loved the atmosphere outside, and the band tonight was great - played all the jams! Used a Groupon which made it more affordable.
