Hope your Fathers Day went better than ours or “How to make dad angry on Father’s Day! “Arrived at La Parrilla at 12:15pm and we asked to be seated outside. At that time there was one other family outside. Even with several empty tables covered with umbrellas, they put two tables together for our party of 7 directly in the sun with no umbrella. We asked to move to a different spot and we moved two tables together ourselves that had an umbrella for shade. No problem. And we waited. A young man came out with chips and salsa pretty quickly. And we waited. And waited and waited and waited. We asked the girl who was waiting on the table behind us if she was our waitress. She said no and walked off. No explanation. And we waited some more. Finally, the young girl who seated us came out and even though she wasn’t supposed to wait on us , she did. She took our drink order and brought them to us. Still no one took our order. The young girl peeked out the door to check on us and we told her no one had come to take our order. She said she would go get something to write on and be right back. Again, we questioned the other waitress who was taking care of the other table and she walked away. Another group was seated and that waitress started taking care of them - completely ignoring us.40 minutes AFTER we were seated and the nice young girl had brought us our drinks and taken our order, a manager( ?) came out and asked us if we had been taken care of.If THIS IS HOW YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR HUSBAND OR FATHER TO BE TREATED ON Father’s Day then head on over to La Parrilla. When we expressed our disappointment at the way we were treated to the manager he said “Sorry”.Yes, SORRY is the correct word for this restaurant and we will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
Best chicken soup in town!! My lunch time favorite.
We really enjoyed the Cinco de Mayo 2022 celebration...the FOOD was fantastic and portions were enormous!! And I CAN'T & WON'T forget our server...Joanna who is the BEST SERVER EVER!!! Thank you Joanna for your professionalism and service, just beautiful!!! ?????
We were back in town for a visit and came here for dinner. We were seated and our drink orders were taken promptly. We ordered and waited over an hour for our food. When it came out some dishes were cold, some lukewarm. Nothing was as it used to be. My sons nachos were so cold the cheese had hardened and everything just fused together. We spent over $140 for four adults, a toddler, and an infant. Only one alcoholic drink. We ended up leaving most of the food on the table because it was so bad. No One said anything when most of the food was left on the table. Only once did they come by and say I know the food is taking longer than it should. We used to come here at least once a month when we lived in the area. The location in Newnan is much better.
I have experienced a long wait to be seated because they were busy (which is to be expected given how busy they were). The food tasted ok, but my dish was too salty. Customer service was ok. My friend really liked the margaritas there.
Easy access and close to 575 with plenty of parking. Visited for a lunch meeting and arrived as they opened at 11 AM. Quickly went from one of four tables to the whole restaurant filled with people. Server was attentive and gave us plenty of time to chat and catch up without too much pressure to order right away. Lunch options were good, but full menu available as well. I ordered the fish tacos off the regular menu and requested them grilled and they happily accommodated. Absolutely delicious. The dressing on the slaw is wonderful and the jalapenos make for a tasty bite. It's hard not to fill up on chips since they're so thin and crispy. After our meal we continued to chat and were given that space. Depsite a busy lunch crowd no one was hovering or made us feel we had to leave right away. I have visited many La Parillas and this Woodstock location is among my favorites. Have always had consistently great service and delicious food.
Awesome placeFood was great. When they say it is covered with cheese, they were serious. Most places you have to look to find the cheese, not here. Meat was very tender. Chips were fresh and the good kind that doesn't break when you dip them.I saw the sign on 575 and said why not try it and I was very happy I did.
Pitiful. I placed an order and made deviations from the menu and the girl at the bar is not writing anything down and I knew she would mess it up. And of course she did. When she first brought it out I noticed something wrong, and she is going to argue about what I did or didn't order when she couldn't remember. Very rude. Had to make another trip back to the restaurant to get my order right. Oh, and the food was not good. This place has gone way down hill. Never again
how did y’all pass the health inspection?! i am allergic to chicken and i ordered a SHRIMP (aka camafuckingron) quesadilla and had one of the worst reactions ever. How in the world do you grab a piece of chicken and mix it with shrimp? i bet no one washes their damn hands either. do better.
I love the Veggie Quesadilla. It’s absolutely delicious. That’s all I eat here, and I go quite regularly. But I’ve noticed the portions are very different if you’re eating in the facility rather than getting it to go. The prices are the same so I’m a bit disappointed. If I’m paying the same price why are my portions so small if I get it to go?
