We were In the drive thru, ordered $80 worth of doughnuts and drinks. We had 2 Iced coffee that were given to us HOT for our children .. the girls at the window said we Don’t have time to fix your order we have to keep the line moving and was VERY RUDE!!!!! I have never seen such poor customer service in my LIFE!!!!!! We will NOT ever be back !!!!
I stopped by Krispy Kreme on the way home from a doctor's appointment. I order a dozen chocolate covered, Bavarian cream donuts. Just like an eclair. WOW! Such freshness and so delicious! They have a huge variety. Even little donuts decorated for Easter. The little donuts were decorated in all colors for bunny rabbits, ducks, chickens, etc. Some had sprinkles. They were different flavors and had cream inside. The young man who waited on me was very helpful and patient as I asked questions about these beautiful donuts. He even gave me 2 little strawberry Easter decorated donuts. Love this store!
This makes the second or third time we've been lied to about the hot light times. the woodstock ga location really let us down once again. We even called in advanced to make sure of the time and get here and was told the employee who told us about the hot light hour was wrong.
The service is great and of course the donuts are fab.. the kicker is 1 out of 10 times when passing by will I ever see the light on.. and getting in there due to location is a bit overwhelming. But the LIGHT... is IMPORTANT!!
We just drove 30 minutes for the chocolate BOGO1 (Hwy 92 location) and was told they don’t have chocolate. Asked if we could just pay chocolate price and get regular glazed and was told no. Asked when they would have chocolate and they responded with “if we decide to make chocolate it’ll be after 8pm”. ? Very disappointed
I came in with a big group of 18-22 year olds which usually is frustrating for the staff but they were super friendly and nice people who ended up being really helpful and even told us about a special deal so we got twice the number of donuts we planned on getting for the exact same price! Isn't that awesome!
Arrived at drive-thru and there was only 2 cars in front of me. It took 15 min to even get to order board and then another 10 min to be able to place my order. Finally get to the window and the kid working was extremely slow and lazy. Took him over 5 min to box 1 box of assorted donuts. He honestly could of cared less about anything. I understand being short staffed but in times like these, you definitely don't want customers to walk away from your establishment. Next time, I'll be going to Dunkin Donuts. At least their service is quick and friendly.
You’re better off going to the RaceTrac for their donuts. Ordered a 16 count VARIETY pack of minis and received 10 chocolate icings with sprinkles and 6 chocolate icing without sprinkles. And non of them were fresh.
Hot sign is where you get the best experience. Be prepared to wait though. Although the hot glazed is amazing, I bought their flavored Valentine's doughnuts in the evening and they were already stale.
Hot light was not on, but they were warm and fresh donuts!!! Best when fresh! Why get one dozen when you can have two!! Customer service was really good.
