This place ran out of white bread during prime time lunch on Saturday. Okay, they offered wheat but I didn't know it was in the form of sandwich loaf. It was a disastrous sloppy mess trying to eat the number 12 with squished wheat bread. For the price of that meal, it was now the second time in a row that a Jimmy John's experience has not gone well.
i ordered two beach clubs from this jimmy johns today. and i must say whoever made those sandwiches deserves the sloppiest toppy of their entire life. thank you. we will be back.
Great store. The guys behind the counter had a great attitude and were really pleasant.
You can't really do this food wrong, so it comes down to service. No masks on any of the food folk, thought the door says they should be. Were 100% focused on drive thru, probably 6-7 cars both ordered and got food before us.
The owner of this store should be very grateful for their staff! They are the friendliest and most efficient group of people I’ve seen in quite some time. That’s extremely rare these days especially. They are consistent and pleasant every time I order.. which is a lot! Thank you for the wonderful service and yummy food!!
If you don't have the menu memorized, or if you are hearing impaired, maybe go to Jersey Mike's. The children who run this place are Mumble mouths and impatient. They are incapable of speaking louder. No matter how many times you ask.
Once in a while I get the giant Vito and eat it for 2 days. Last time I got it I thought it was a fluke that my sub was missing the capicola. Which literally made it a salami sub. I chose to eat it and not complain. So I ordered again and once again no Capicola. I called and let them know it was totally missing and I wasn’t happy because who would order a salami sub. The girl explained they’ve been out for over a month and they aren’t telling people unless they come in and see the signs. I understand being out but I think it’s pretty shady business practice not to tell people. This business owner could do better for sure!

I want to give prompts to JJ. I went through drive thru and got home and a sandwich was missing. I called and the lady that answered was so sweet and kind. She offered them to make my sandwich and deliver to my house. I accepted and they even through in a yummy cookie. Just want to say thank you!
