Food is good but need coupons cause it's a little pricey.
While waiting my turn for order, only 1 customer in front of me, I noticed the slicer looked like it hadn't been wiped all day from the meat left on it, the counter where food was being prepared also had crumbs and debris. Nothing between the bread for my sandwich and the nasty countertop. I walked out.
Wooooo love it here, this place is amazing to eat. Fresh produce n each sandwich is made with quality that u expect from a sub shop.
This is the final itch to give a 5 star review without actually signing in to do so. Last time I got treated really well. And now this time 10 mins before closing things went great, and everything was perfect and fresh tasting. What more could you ask?
My husband and I have ate Jersey Mike's for years- my only complaint with this location is that I should not feel like I just ate a bowl of Captain Crunch after taking 1 bite of my sandwich- I'm gonna need you to pay attention and do better on your bread! Please hire a full time baker or watcher to make sure the bread isn't overcooked, please and thank you!!
Horrible delivery experience today. Ordered for 13 people to have food delivered with instructions for every sandwich and specific for chips and drinks. Order is not correct and they do not answer their phone. I called the Holly Springs location to see if they could help me but they could only tell me that this location is short handed and takes the phone off the hook. Well this doesn’t help people with an incorrect order that they screwed up on. I even tried to contact the delivery company but once it is delivered you can no longer correspond. Service is always great. The folks working in there are good. The restaurant is always hot because the AC is out. If you own this place you need to get it fixed. It’s really not sanitary for the air to not be working. We don’t eat inside because of this.
The place is clean and the service is always great. But I can tell the employees are borderline miserable because it’s so hot, sometimes I get sweaty in there if it’s a hot day in GA. I try not to order a hot sandwich. It’s that bad. They have been saying for the entire summer that the A/C doesn’t work. This needs to be fixed because I would imagine it HAS to affect the cold temps of cold sub ingredients. And that is gross.
The place was dirty. Manager in the back. 2 teenage boys working no problem. However one of there buddies walk in got behind the counter to make a sandwich for himself. While getting his bread he touched all of the bread he was wearing gloves.The he cut his meat and took a piece a put it in his mouth. He continued to handle all the other meat with the same gloves on. He new what he was doing. When the manager came to the front she shouted out his name. Apparently he was either an employee or x employee. Regardless this is not how handle food. They were not wearing masks. The young that went behind the counter did not wash his has just put on gloves. No hat either. I do not recommend this Jersey Mike’s I will not return.Owner should be told how his store is running.I should have read the reviews before entering
Love working here and the people I work with. So glad I transferred from the one I was at to this location. Much better work environment
