Ordered door dash, order was wrong. Amazing how many people out here don’t seem to know how to read. These sandwiches are too expensive to not be made properly.
Staff seems inexperienced and lacks chemistry. This location skimps on cuts /amount of meat slices by design. It's worth the 10 minute further drive to go to the sandy plains /shallowford location where they don't measure every oz of each cut and just make a solid sandwich.

Do not order delivery from this location. When, not if, they screw up your order, they will not redeliver your food. Your only option is to order food again, per the manager I spoke with. I returned the food that was delivered (because it was a soggy mess) for a refund and was refused by the manager. This order was placed from the official Jersey Mike's app, but subcontracted out to DoorDash By doing this, the store is able to wash their hands of any wrongdoing. They tried to make me do their job and spend my afternoon trying to determine how to get a refund online. Keep your $30! I went to Jimmy John's and they gave me a correct order, and after telling the story, they gave me a free sandwich coupon for future use.

Was not a good experience I definitely prefer jimmy johns across the street.
The subs here are very good. The red wine vinegar and oil (Mikes way) followed up with spices makes the sub stand out.
Glad to have this new location! Staff young but did fine when I was in during dinner rush...although they ran out if white bread. Honest 4.5 stars, but I'm an old school deli guy so could never give franchise stores a 5.
