We waited for 74 minutes to get food that we were told would take 30-35 minutes to make. When we finally got the food, it wasn’t even the right thing. Someone else we sat and waited with ordered at 10:25AM and still hasn’t gotten it at 12:26PM, so it isn’t just us either. This is beyond ridiculous. We already paid, so leaving would mean we paid for nothing. We will never come back to this location again, and we’ll be warning others about the terrible turnaround time as well.
HORRIBLE.... our Waitress, Evelyn, seemed High or like she had no clue what was going on. First we ordered Orange juice and it was watered down, and not once offered to refill anyones drinks, then when she took our orders we had to repeat ourselves 4 times. I then ordered a burger, add bacon and my daughter ordered the cupcake pancake meal and my burger came with no bacon and my daughters pancake came plain, no icing, no whipped cream and when asked about it she said oh yea oops. Then when asked about the bacon she said it's an extra charge and we explained we knew that but we still wanted it and she continued to argue the fact that it's an extra charge and doesn't come on the burger. We finally gave up and tried to finish our meal. But then when we tried to pay and leave we had received 3 gift cards all $10, the week before and decided to use them. She decided to play musical cards and kept swiping the same card and proceeded to tell me that 2 of the cards were empty. It wasn't until I told her to swipe a card and give it back to me and then swipe the next before she realized they all infact had $10 on them.would not recommend going here or at least make sure you have a competent Waitress. Staff needs to be updated majorly.
Ordered the t bone steak and eggs drove home 20 mins just to go back because the steak was pink in some places when I asked for well done. Got there spoke to manager he said he would take care of it came back with this burnt steak ! Petty !! Can’t even cut through it. Wasted money !! Wasted time !! 0 stars
To go order. LOVED the take out trays,food was perfect. Dine in is a different story. I noticed 3 servers and the only person who served us was the greeter, who was very pleasant. We waited for 45 minutes to place our order before leaving, in that time the greeter was the only employee to wait on tables. ?♀️
Honestly this IHOP was one of the better ones I've been to. The server was really fast and attentive. She was also kind. All the food came out on time and was delicious.
Worst customer service ever ! As a door dasher I always regret trying to pick up from them and o wouldn’t dare eat there.. place is filthy! No one smiles the orders are always way behind The front staff acts like their job is the worst and barely speaks to patrons . One star since zero doesn’t exist
So I placed an order at 11 they said it would be ready in 30 minutes we finally got food at 1 then it was incorrect and burnt and incomplete I was just beyond upset why would you serve a customer something you know you would not eat look at what they gave me versus what I ordered!!! Is one star the lowest I can give
We were seated quickly even during peek hours on a Sunday. Our food came out quickly too. Server was very attentive to us and patient with our kids' orders. All the food was delicious as always and big enough servings to take home and have as afternoon snacks.
CORPORATE NEEDS TO SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN ! I swear, to consistently have such abismal service you would think this place is trying their best. For over the past year, this IHOP has sucked. Between poor long waits, refusing to answer the phones, the same rude and incompotent female manager. Nothing changes. This places gets no better. Last time I went I was put on an imaginary list and waited untill after they sat 2 or 3 people who came in after me and I had to raise caine and nobody could answer me how this happened. The food comes out lukewarm and cold, quality is horrible. Instead of even having this place open so that I can try again every few weeks when Im craving ihop only to be let down horrible, they should shut this place down. Close it untill you can find help and restaff or retrain this place. Its really sad this is the worse IHop Ive ever been too. Ive tried and tried. Almost 2 years now and nothing I mean NOTHING but downhill! The husky lady manager is the rudest so called manager Ive ever met. This place literally had the audacity to overcharge me, charge me for things i didnt get, amd then refuse to even refund for those items OR even give me a "to go" drink !! Pass this place by, this is NOT an IHOP. 0 OUT OF 0 STARS.
I got the Spicy Poblano omelette, there was a sauce over it which I didn't particularly care for. I should have ordered a more traditional omelette. They were extremely busy resulting in one of our dishes of pancakes not coming out. Overall service was very good, I do recommend coming to this IHOP.
