Slightly below average Mexican restaurant. Strangely even though it's called habaneros I didn't see any habanero themes or food.Edit: five years later and it’s still pretty average. We had one experience where we had good service otherwise it’s been pretty bland.I don’t think i will go back at this point. It has. It shown signs of growth or improvement.
I tried this restaurant, and the food was excellent, a lot of flavor and fresh ingredients, also the service was outstanding, really kind servers, with fast service to the table, the whole crew including manager and owner are always attentive for getting the best experience, and get home with a smile
I got this restaurant suggested by googles maps when looking for a place to eat for lunch and let me tell you it did not disappoint. The restaurant is located in a very central place since it's close to downtown Woodstock, it looks small from the outside but that's far from the truth. I went in with my crew to eat and we all were greeted very pleasantly and were seated right away, from the moment we sat down the service was amazing as well as the food, we all had different plates and they all looked delicious. I'm pretty sure this restaurant will become the place I take my crew to eat lunch every week
I went to this restaurant for the first time today and I will definitely be back very soon with my whole family. From the moment you walk in they greet you in a beautiful way using Spanish words that make you feel included. The food and the atmosphere is top notch and I can't wait to try every plate in the menu. Ale was our server and she had patience and explained a little bit of every plate that I was interested in and also made a couple of suggestions of her own. To finish up they gave me a dessert called sopapillas for me to try and it was free! If you are wanting to try this place most definitely come try it for yourself because you would be doing yourself a favor, it is a small restaurant but don't let that fool you. In my opinion you should try either the Texas fajitas (my husband tried this plate) or the camarones a la diabla that I had for myself. I'm considering making this restaurant a tradition for Wednesday nights.
This place not only has some of the BEST Hispanic food in Woodstock but it also has some of the absolute nicest most amazing group of people that work here as well. They are always so kind, and make you feel so welcome and appreciated! We will always find time to dine here , and I think you should give it a try too!
We regularly visit Habaneros and love it everytime. Cinco de Mayo was especially great! We placed our order and it was out within minutes. The wait staff is wonderful and drink specials are great! Nestor is the best!! Dont miss out! Gracias!!
My 1st time here. Probably won't be my last. Do yourself a favor. Little hole in the wall with tasty food. Service is great thanks to Ale.
Food was decent, rice claims authentic Mexican, far from. Took 8 mins for buddy to take our drink order. Didn't see him besides taking our order on a napkin and had to ask for the check from the other server who I should've tipped... Ran out of chips, no drink refills. He made sure to circle that 20%gratuity suggestion though. Sadly for him I didn't take his suggestion.
Great authentic Mexican! Quite the little gem in Woodstock with delicious food and house margaritas. Waitress, Miss. Alejandra was polite and gave plenty of time to look at menu. Chicken arepas and flan were out of this world! Will have to try the cheese dip next time. Definitely recommend!
I cannot properly describe just how good this place was! Highly recommend.
