This was our standby. Recommended it to many people. Only Chinese we would order. We got it tonight and everything just tasted old and ended up giving everyone bad stomach issues. So disappointing, but I can’t spend my money here again.
Fresh Food, amazing service. A place where you are really treated like family. It is my new go to for Chinese food and I can't stop dreaming of all those savory flavors!
Finally found Chinese cooking I'm more familiar with. Solid 4 star but I gave them a 5 star because I couldn't find much to gripe about. The portion sizes maybe a little smaller than others but still plenty of food. Eggs rolls, house fried rice, crab ragoon, fried pot stickers and several of the meals are very good. The wonton soup is also very good and the typical clear broth with noodles. Service is fast and overall value is good. I recommend the appetizer for 2 for first timers so you can try several items.
Food was delicious and was delivered hot and boxed. I’m glad we found a great place that delivers and on time. I recommend anyone who wants a great place that delivers delicious Chinese food you will not be disappointed.
Moved to Woodstock almost 6 months ago and tried a few surrounding area Chinese restaurants before realizing we have one right down the street from us, and it's the best. GH was the 3rd place we tried after being very disappointed, and we weren't expecting much. 3rd time proved the charm. This is "our" place! The Kung pao shrimp are huge, the fried rice is always on point, and everything always tastes great. Delivery is always quick and the driver very professional and friendly. Never disappointed.
This was our first time here and we were so happy with the delicious food! The dining area is about half the size of most restaurants, but it was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly. We will definitely be returning.
This was maybe the worst Chinese food I've ever had, ever. The Mongolian Beef didn't have the traditional onions and crispy rice noodles, but raw slices cabbage instead. They only use the tough green parts of the spring onions and they were stringy and slimy. The meat wasn't tough and chewy, but instead it was mushy like it had been MSGd to death. The pork in the Moo Shu was similarly textured, with no structure. The fried rice was also mushy with no flavor. The veggies in the bean curd dinner were also mushy. You're getting the idea here, right? Everything was mushy mushy mushy with no texture. I'm fact the best thing was the complimentary bowl of egg drop soup and that didn't have much flavor either. Never again!
A good Chinese restaurant is always the hardest kind of restaurant to find. With that being said, this one is FANTASTIC! My wife and I ordered here for the first time this last weekend and it will definitely not be our last. The food is amazing, the staff is just as wonderful, and the cleanliness of the establishment far surpasses other Chinese restaurants in the area. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK EVERYONE! Thank you!
OMG! Chinese done RIGHT! Ist time ordering here on a friend recommendation. So, very glad I wrote the name down - just in case. My large family was in the mood for Chinese and they are very particular about their food. Our order was a large one with individual dinners and soup for all plus an appetizer plate. The food was incredible, no complaints not even a little one. We picked up the order it was ready and boxed for travel. Sweet! No mess getting it home. The food order was right and still hot. You will not be disappointed, eating here. I'm so happy to have a go to Chinese place again close to home. The soups were fantastic, the meals were spot on for taste, fresh ingredients, great egg rolls and rice. Everyone in my family enjoyed their dinner - that's a miracle in its self. We all ordered different soups and entrees so there was a wide variety of their menu present. All of it was delicious. If you want great and I mean great Chinese go here. The service, food and packing for pickup - 10 ⭐'s easy.
My family and I drive across town and pass several other Chinese restaurants to eat at this one. It’s the absolute best around, and we have never been disappointed. The food is delish and the service is friendly and prompt. Highly recommend!!
