Ridiculously overpriced. Nothing special at all about their ice cream. Very disappointed spent over $20 for two small Sundays wish I would have kept my money and just gone to Publix. Definitely a pass
I mean come on can you really beat their ice cream sundae here? It's all about that fresh Ghirardelli hot fudge for me. Everything about it is perfect in my opinion. The service is always fast and friendly. Perfect escape for a hot summer day!
Manager was very rude about seating. We had already finished eating and she came over to tell us we shouldn’t have sat at the tables (with chairs around them and no sign). Unnecessary and not my problem your inventory is everywhere. Luckily the sundae was good.
Great chocolates .. I think they make one of the best brownies.. the ice-cream sundaes and hot chocolate were excellent too.. they do have good variety of gift packed chocolates for the holiday season.. worth a visit..
My mom was a little put out because the servers got her order wrong but she got over it because she loves the ice cream. The servers also apologized and were courteous so that helped alot.
The manager today was very rude and did not want to make us hot chocolate because they were about to close in 45 minutes. Ended up not purchasing anything.

I was there 03/05/22 at 3:30 and I had the worst cashier ever. I have been to this location multiple times and everyone has been super nice but today I had the rudest cashier ever. How can you work at a place and not know the menu or the stuff that it’s been served? Super dry and rude responses. Overall horrible experience.
Girl behind counter had diarrhea of the mouth. Coffee I ordered was like my female neighbor, old & bitter. Won't be ordering coffee form there. If your goin to charge me $4.00 for a cup of coffee! You only get one chance at it.
Love the Sweet Ground Cocoa. The brownie recipe on the back of the package is the best. I leave out 1/4 cup of the sugar and replace it with good Maple syrup. Also use Kerrygold butter. They're AMAZING!!
