Price is not worth it for the quality!!!Yesterday we had lunch there and we still both feel sick. Fries was old and dried, the hamburger meat was looking white and taste terrible, we used to eat at five guys before but I think this time was the last time!!
Holy cow, $16 for a burger and fries, no drink! Fries were hot but not crisp, tasted like something else is fried in that fryer besides fries. Burger is a double but didn't say on the menu. Toppings were adequate but not for the price range and the wait was a bit much.
I asked for whip cream on my shake and none was given, also the guy who gave it to me had a wierd face
I walk in 11/11/2021 at 11:02AM. The first worker I encounter is rude, condescending and has a very poor attitude. Instead of letting this person destroy and contaminate our order, I asked for the manager. The manager wasn't wearing his mask or apron until he starts walking up to us, is just as rude and even more condescending. Avoid this location, even though it is a Corp ran store, it is clear ran poorly.
You go to Five Guys because you know it is a guarantee you will have an amazing burger for your money. It wasn't the case, I completely get it that all the service industry is struggling with staffing but this is unacceptable. I ordered online in advance being told my order will be ready around 5:30 PM, well it ended up being ready at 6:10 PM and my burgers looked they were assembled by a 5 year old. It definitely hurts when stores that you love drop the ball this way without any sense of taking ownership of the situation.
The food was edible and place was clean. That's honestly all the good I can say. That being said, my daughter ordered a BLT that she couldn't even finish it was so bad. The bacon on her sandwich and my burger were cooked large batch style and reheated so many times, all we got were hard burnt pieces. And come on $73 for 4 people and a burger place!? Quality and value are way over-hyped.
This location very rarely ever messes up an order and if they do they try to make things right. They're fast as well, which makes this my go to.

I ordered a take out regular burger without a bun. Asked for mayo, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, grilled onion and mushrooms. Also small order of fries. Delivered in a timely fashion - except without a fork, napkin, mayo and ketchup. Made for a very very dry hamburger.
love it, but too, too expensive. I ordered a small burger. small fries and milk shake and bill was over $17. Wow
