Tried to overcharge for extra meat then serve me reduced meat when I asked the manager how much double meat costs. Got a medium Italian. Ask for double meat and the one sandwich alone was $18. The cashier was trying to charge me $3 for ham, another $3 for pepperoni, and another $3 for salami. I told him that was wrong and he said "no it isnt". When I opened my sandwich I found that they had not even included the ham. Just a thin layer of pepperoni and salami. I will never return
I came in with an open mind hoping the bad reviews weren’t true because I had just gone to another Firehouse in AL. The one AL was amazing, this one, not so much.Young kids working and they’re nice. But my sandwich order was not correct(dine in) & mediocre at best.I’m sad:( a good sub is hard to come by unless you make it at home.
My coworker and I ordered lunch here. My sandwich at least had the correct fixings, but the bread was so stale that it was hard as a rock. It was like trying to choke down a mouthful of saltine crackers with no water. Her sandwich was ordered with extra pepper jack cheese and NO mayonnaise. Instead, they slathered the sandwich in mayonnaise and did not include any pepperjack cheese which she paid extra for. When she called the store they asked her to bring the sandwich back, and they would remake it for her. She drove all the way back over there, and then they told her they could not remake the sandwich because it would "cost too much for them".
Where to begin. I came into the restaurant this evening on my way home. The staff has the personality of a wet noodle. Very rude and not very interactive with the guest. I ordered a hero. A blt, and chili. When I got home my hero had not even been toasted and it was soggy. I love in woodstock and love firehouse but this location needs some work. $32 I could have spent somewhere else and had alot better experience.
Will leave items off your order and call you a liar even when you show them a receipt… Horrible lazy employees can’t even make a sandwich right.
This franchise has definitely gone downhill.....since changing owners you only get half the amount of meat and cheese as before.....I will not be returning to this lication.
I got the hook and ladder and it made me very ill. It took me a few days to recover. Not sure what they could’ve done wrong with this sandwich but it was nonstop barf city. The place was pretty dirty and there were hand prints all over the glass door, they obviously hadn’t cleaned it in weeks much less sanitize in the middle of a COVID wave. Need to get the health department in to inspect this place.
All employees here except the cashier looked like they hated being there. I observed 4 employees behind the counter basically rolling their eyes at everyone who walked in. Never seen that at a Firehouse before.
Excellent as always, great place to eat or get take-out.
The food is good, but the women's bathroom has been out of service for a few months now. Quite frustrating for my wife and daughter. I'm not sure why this hasn't been fixed yet and not sure I'll return until it is. I feel bad for the female employees!
