I went thru the drive-through about 3 PM today and I believe the lady was working by herself. Latte and donuts were great. Thank you
This place could really use some help.I was once stuck in the drive through line for 45 minutes making me late for work.I've had things missed on my order. However, the worst thing is that the drinks have been horrible! Coffee that tastes like burnt grounds. Tea that tastes like green peas. I've dumped more beverages than I've drank at this point."Why do you keep going there?" I hear you ask. BECAUSE IM A SLAVE TO COFFEE and it's also super convenient! I just hope it can be fixed, and maybe this little rant will help bring attention to it.Sincerely,A concerned caffeine addict
After checking the hours posted on the door (open 24h 7 days a week) we walked in on a Saturday night at 10:15pm, placed an order and sat down to eat it At 10:30 an employee, Julie, came to tell us they were closing. I asked whether they weren't a 24h store. She said they were, but the dining room closes at night. I referred her to their posted hours and asked how late can one dine in. Her literal answer was "until the baker comes". After this a gentleman came and identified himself as the baker. He told me the hours on the door and on Google are incorrect and too hard to update correctly. They are in fact closing at 10pm every night upon his arrival and they are not a 24h location (?!).We're either in the dark ages or the twilight zone for this exchange to be considered acceptable! Level up guys, you're in the service industry.Meanwhile, I know we'll be taking our business to the renovated Dunkin near 575. Cannot continue to sponsor a place which obviously has no respect for themselves or for their customers.
They were very nice given that they had a lot going on do early in the morning.
Great coffee and friendly customer service, always busy in the morning but they always make sure your order is right
Stopped here this morning. It's a beautiful new store and my drink was perfect. But, the drive thru was incredibly slow. 10 minute wait time.
Amazing service! We came on a Sunday afternoon and they were packed. One of the young ladies working apologized for the wait, and said they only have 2 employees for the afternoon shift. I wish I had gotten their names, because they handled it beautifully! Lots of rude customers, but they never lost their smiles!
Don't expect your drink to come out normal. This location will ruin even the most simple of menu drinks. And if you contact customer service you will never hear back from them.
No acknowledgement when walked in , I was the only person in the store and 4 people were behind the counter. Not one of them gave any type of acknowledgement. Finally, One young lady ask me , " Are you waiting for something" , I said Yes first how are you doing ? I placed a mobile order ! She hands me the order sitting behind the counter near the mobile station. A basic hello or simple acknowledgement would have prevented 3 minutes of being invisible. It's a brand new store , that smells clean but the customer service lacks luster. Clean it up please. I actually wanted to add to my order but I would Rather drive somewhere else than be invisibleWish I checked reviews first because apparently they just have a bad reputation
So... I spoke with an assistant manager because the drive thru DOES NOT MOVE some days. If you are in a hurry, do not stop here. They are victims of not being able to get and keep employees like most everyone around. The other experiences I have had here have been positive. If you have time to wait, go for it. But some days they are so short staffed, they will close the lobby off.
