We went tonight to get donuts. I bought a box of munchkins. The chocolate glazed were so old - they no longer had any glaze on them. I asked how old they were and was told she just got to work, she doesn’t know. I tried another one and it also tasted old. So frustrating- if you are going to be a 24 hour store, you need to have fresh donuts whenever you walk in

This DD is right outside my neighborhood, so my husband and I come here a lot for convenience. Of all the times we’ve been here, our order has never been correct. Either items are missing or we get something other than what we asked for. We have given this place so many chances and we are always disappointed. Not only that, but any time we go inside to order, the staff is not welcoming. We’ll walk up to the cashier, expecting something along the lines of: “hi what can I get for you?” But they don’t say a single word, nor do they make eye contact. I think management needs to do a better job training their staff.

Hey Dunkin, my favorite donut is French Cruller. Last 2 times I ordered them, They taste different. Whatever you did you need to undo it. Now they taste like and the texture is like non food

I love Dunkin Donuts so I'll give it 5 stars. Please remind the drive-thru staff that when it is raining & we're asked to wait at the menu, either we let water into our cars or roll the window up which creates another problem. We're living in highly sensitized times which made it difficult to explain this verbally.

This particular Dunkin has the best doughnuts & expeditious serviceOther ones in the area have dry doughnuts or over cooked food.

Good service, clean. I didn't like my coffee, they remade it with a smile. Really? That's freakin awesome!

Went inside to get a dozen donuts on a Monday evening (11-29-21). I get in line behind another person. Two employees with headsets on are filling orders for the drive-thru. After about five minutes of no acknowledgment we were in the store I asked if we were going to be served. One of the employees said he had to give the drive-thru priority. I asked if one of them could take the orders from us inside the store. No, because the other guy was a trainee. It wasn't busy. I verified that as long as a car pulled up to the drive-thru we would not be served. Response: Yes. The customer in front of me gave up. After another several minutes the "trainee" came over and boxed my dozen donuts and checked me out on his own! Though the manager there was being obstinate, my complaint is not against him. It is against the owner of the store who is still profiting while dumping all the weight of earning those profits on an inadequate number of people to run the store. And the donuts were stale, really stale. Don't open for walk-in business if you cannot service those customers. Do not sell a product that should have been tossed in the trash. I would have had less issue with the doors being locked and told in the drive-thru they were out of donuts.

I've only had their coffee and hashbrowns. But they have good coffee and fun flavor options. It's nice and clean. I order through the app and sometimes have to use the drive thru due to short staffing, but they keep it moving so no big deal.

Food prices are up everywhere, and this place is no exception: nearly $15 for a bagel and two cups of coffee, and the coffee came out luke warm. They cannot help it that costs are up, but they should be doubly careful to serve hot coffee and frresh food now that it's so expensive.

Nice remodel. Quick in & out
