The store is super convenient but, dang, they simply are horrible.Ordered a cold brew with less ice and got dang near a cup full of ice and horrible pour. When questioned, I was told “yeah. We’re running low. That’s the end of it.”Ok? So you give me a cup slammed full of ice and just a little coffee?The other week I paid for a dozen assorted donuts. I got ALL GLAZED. How difficult is it to randomly pick donuts?Ridiculous.
Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience there today. The good is that while we inspected the menu for 3 minutes, we had 4 reps that asked if we had been attended to.However, my wife's coffee tasted absolutely terrible. Also, there were grains at the bottom of the coffee. The food was okay. And the milkshake was only ~75% filled (see photo). When i picked it up, mildly shocked, glanced at my wife who was also a little surprised, and realized the employee was looking at me, the employee said "Do you want whip cream or something?" with an indignant tone as if i am inconveniencing her. Other employees also seemed in a bad mood today.I said "No thank you" and left. Its not worth it. That is my summary for this location "Not worth it."
Sunday 4/3… ordered a bacon egg cheese on plain bagel along with Bavarian cream donut. Pretty simple order except received Bacon egg cheese on a croissant and a icing filled doughnut… The attention to detail is not what I would consider their strong suit. Just another reason not to go back!
I have only been to this location once, but this team was operating like a well-oiled machine! They moved a stack of cars through the drive-thru with impressive speed. I wasn't at the window for more than 30 seconds!
Very friendly cashier! My only issue was that I ordered a small coffee, and I asked if I could have it with cinnamon. I was told they do not have any. As they told me they didn't have any cinnamon, I glanced at the hundreds of donuts covered in it... still great cashier, clean facility.
We just came and we asked for banana split and we said same as picture and manager just said have good day and deleted the order and never pay attention he didn’t care the staff is always talking on the mic about people it’s been like that all the times we have went the manager was mad for no reason he was crazy
they are making mistakes a lot lately... to put it mildly they are messing up not than they are getting it right. every visit in the last 3 have had issues. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE AND HAVE YOUR UBER EATS DRIVER DOUBLE CHECK IT TOO
This is the second time my iced coffee came out looking like mud water and tasting absolutely terrible. This is all I could drink before I threw it in the trash. This was supposed to be a iced Caramel Macchiato with milk….. won’t be returning to my neighborhood Dunkin.
Second time this has happened at this location. I ordered a sandwich with WHITE CHEDDAR and got nasty American cheese. I know they have it too, because it’s on my daughters grilled cheese. I called and called and no one answered.
Good donuts fast friendly service and good coffee, fan of their hot chocolate myself as I don't drink a lot of coffee
