Please- take note! The last few orders my husband and I have ordered from there /Our avocado toast is NEVER toasted (even when I request it toasted) The last few "Grilled Cheese pesto & tomato sandwiches' - THEY ARE NEVER TOASTED! Please speak with your staff & retrain them.
This is their new Tomato Pasto Grilled cheese sandwich, it's pretty good but I always have to ask them to make sure the cheese is completely melted.
Two girls working the drive through, stood at the counter for five minutes. One girl looked at me, no acknowledgement. I even said hey. Nothing. I left. I’ll stick with my Roswell location where customer service is the best.
Today I met a Gentleman working behind the counter named "Sarith" ( Please forgive me if I mis-spelled your name, Sarith, but I am hearing impaired, and i was really listening with great focus when you spelled it for me) , and he was very Professional, and he was also Knowledgeable about the types of fillings in their donuts (as certain types are very similar in appearance and ingredients, while at the same time they are drastically different in flavor.) . He patiently listened to my concern and helped me without a moment's hesitation.. .which is unusual in many places these days .So, once again, THANK YOU, Sarith! Awful. First some man was spraying the building right next to where you order in the drive through so I had to yell to tell the worker my order. Then they gave me a cold latte l, not iced but actually a cold latte that was supposed to be a hot latte. Like the latte had been sitting out for several hours. I don’t understand how they can serve a customer something like this. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Typically I enjoy Dunkin, but it might be a good idea to update their DoorDash info if they’re going to close early. Several times I’ve waited almost an hour for an order only for it to be canceled when my dasher gets there or they don’t have something to cancel it. Either way, it’s a problem
Great staff, friendly and hard-working. Food was delicious...get the white cheddar on any item that has cheese! Coffee was perfect!

I worked for Duncan for almost a year and then when they went shortstaffed I worked almost 6 days every week. Before I walked out of Duncan my manager raised his hands at me not just any manager my franchise manager raised his hand that me.He says he can talk to his employees however you please he talks to women employees like their trash he treats people like they’re trash he doesn’t care how he treat people he doesn’t care how he talks to people anybody wonders why employees there sometimes don’t treat you right it’s because they’re getting treated wrong by management not bother manager she is a great manager but by the franchise owner and his family family
They advertise $3 pumpkin spice drinks but still charge you full price even if you use the app. I asked for oat milk, they gave me almond milk. I asked for 1 pump of syrup and they gave me 3. Honestly all the Dunkin locations are this bad. I'm done with this company
