awful under cooked food at this dominoes last night!I filled out the review online stating the food was bad and under cooked, and they just said thank you. When I tried to call the store I got hung up on several times. I emailed corporate but no luck…. Good luck if you try to order from here…

Simply awful ?. They forgot to put jalapeño peppers on 3 topping pizza. The other 2 toppings are none existing on pizza. This worker needs to find another job.

Placed my order at 7:40 pm, at 9:25 pm my husband had to go to the store because the order never arrived. They give us a refund not the food. Disappointed!!!

The pizza was slightly overcooked but decent, the man who gave me my food was nice, but the parmesean bites were the safest one's I've ever seen, almost all were majorly deformed and 4 of the 16 were puny.

I don’t know if it’s a staffing shortage or this place is poorly managed, but ordering from this dominos was the worst experience I’ve ever had. It took 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered and I live less than 10 minutes away. When the delivery driver finally arrived, he went to the wrong address and I had to go outside and wave him down. The food was barely warm by the time I got it. The pizza itself wasn’t cut all the way through or in even pieces. Don’t waste your time or money with this location.

My cousin ordered pizza for her grandmother, she found a hair baked into some of the toppings. She called this store to let them know and asked for a refund or atleast this to be taken care of. She was completely dismissed by the staff here. She did not receive a refund or a new pizza. This is disgusting and very unprofessional. Her grandmother just lost her dinner and her money. I will personally let everyone I know to never eat at this location!!!!Do better!!!!!

Domino's has got to improve their online app and their customer service. I ordered a pizza and wings at 530 pm 12/21 for $46.00. I ordered for delivery at 715 pm. When I called the store at 730pm to ask why my pizza was still 38 minutes away according to tracker all the person who answered could say was the tracker was inaccurate. After being assured my food would not arrive cold, I requested the DM's phone number only to be told I could not have it. I work in a customer service field and everyone has my number. My food arrived an hour and a half after it was due and was cold and tasted off. The whole meal went into the trash.

This particular location always seems to have issues. Either they don't have enough drivers and the food takes over an hour to arrive or they mess up the order. Or both! Last time we got 1 of the pizzas we ordered, but the other pizza was someone else's, as evident by the address that was not ours printed on the side of the box. Before that, they forgot one of our pizzas. My surrounding neighbors have had the same issues as well, so it's just pretty consistently bad here. I don't think I'll keep ordering from here.

One star is being generous. I got turned down for a pizza for dinner last night because their board was full. Today for lunch I’ve been listening to a recording for 16 minutes now. I’ve never had such ridiculous service from a company in all my life. Papa John’s is my least favorite but will get my business because of this.
