Should be a zero. Delivered wrong order to my house. I called multiple times and on the last call I just kept it on speaker and drove up there. Got there and no apology from the manager and hung up phone at 22mins after showing an employee that beganto retake my order. I told them I'd be waiting in my truck. 15min go by and I go inside and my new order is just sitting on the counter. I should have been treated as curb side at that time!! So basically I tipped a driver for me to go ack myself! Not even a refund for at least my tip was offered because the manager seemed to coward down instead of stepping in to handle the situation!
Posted an online order. The tracker app read that it been delivered and by now an hour had passed with no delivery been made. PETER (the delivery) guy finally came passed the hour and we had simply asked him if he had gotten lost. He answered with attitude and gave us our order cold. He left speaking words between his teeth. Very rude!! We then called on 2 separate phones to the store. They had us on hold and on the other phone we were with the call center which also put us on hold. We headed towards the store. We even got there before PETER. The cashier (guy pictured below/ didnt want to give us his name) got upset when we brought back the order to get a refund or remake it. He got extremely rude and verbal towards us. If this is the type of people y'all have working for y'all GOOD LUCK!!
PEOPLE: TIP YOUR DELIVERY DRIVERS!! Especially if you want to receive your order in a timely manner! Every single time we place an order, we have our food delivered in less than 30 mins. Our latest order was placed at 9:46 pm. At 10:07, our food was delivered. Hot and fresh every time. They have been short staffed, but never fail to get our food to us in a timely manner. Always friendly delivery driver. We have ordered from other chain delivery pizza restaurants and had issues. Towne Lake Dominos is our go to when Mama doesn’t feel like cooking. Y’all keep up the good work!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the chocolate lava crunch cakes! AMAZING!
They got my order completely wrong for the third time now. the food is terrible I’m never coming here again and I’m telling everyone about how much I hate dominos.
Have order many times and been fine with what we got, today however caused us to not want pizza from this location again.. first thing 1/2 of what was delivered was wrong, ordered a cheese pizza and got a veggie lover, no way the kids will eat that .. and as my wife was taking the toppings of the Hawaiian to provide a cheese to my daughter she found 6+ hairs.. here are three that were found. And these weren't just found on the pizza but also baked into the pizza.Let this be a lesson to the staff, a big enough mistake on one experience can out weigh many good experiences.
This location doesn't seem to answer there phones it says they are not busy yet I stayed on hold for for 2 hours Thursday night until they closed no order was placed and I'm on hold now Saturday night they use a call center now but I have free credits to use and the call center has no way to access those so it would seem impossible to use my credits can't do it online and I ran into this problem getting my credits cuz they wouldn't answer the phone that night to get the right order made to come and pick up this is rediculous. I guess they don't need my or your business since they have 0 respect or appreciation for there customers I suggest a different location or not at all don't feed the monster
While timely in readiness, both my pizza and my cookie brownie were burnt to a crisp. Also my white pizza had little sauce and/or cheese.
Horrible experience. I placed an order through the app and the tracker showed it ready. Sent me kids to pick it up. They had given my order to another person. They had to remake it. Making the wait another 40 minutes. When we went back to get it they had the order wrong. I will be ordering from another place. Worst place ever!
So they forgot a whole pizza order and would not answer the phone.Had to drive over and show them after 35 minutes I was still on hold.They did not care and had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make a pepperoni pizza.Not like it should be.
They never get my order right and it typically takes double the amount of time estimated online. The pasta is always dry and somewhat burned on the ends and the pizza always feels like it is lacking sauce
