My husband and I visited this location today for dinner we were surprised to see that the dining room was open with so many places not having employees you’re only able to get drive-through, at this location, we entered the establishment only to find that there were two employees working a full drive through and Maintaining The dining room at the same time. We watch these two employees run the entire business with a smile on their faces, and with the utmost professionalism. We were so impressed with them that I had to ask their name Eric and Britney “You guys are a true example” Del Taco I hope you know what these two employees are doing day in and day out for your establishment, This was my First visit to a Del Taco ever! And I will return because of those 2 employees working today.
Long day, it’s late, many places are closed, very hungry, but I was willing to take the time to order pickup for good food, have to “signup” for Del Rewards and jump thru all of the hoops, drive to the location because it’s worth it…only to discover upon arrival that they closed *two (2) hours early* due to being short-staffed. Beyond frustrating. My first experience here. First at a Del Taco in 7 years. Disappointed.
Google Maps says this location is open until 12:00AM. I pulled up to the drive-thru at 11:35PM and was told they were closed. I asked why and was told they were understaffed. Well, hire more help and more dependable help that will show up to work. Have backup employees that can come in when someone can’t make it to work. It’s likely a management issue more than anything else.
The workers were awesome! There were only 3 employees working. They were working hard and doing an excellent job. They were serving inside guest & drive thru. They all had a great attitude considering they were pulling the weight of many. I made sure to tell them they were doing great & thank you.
You better have 25 minutes to wait in line. Every time it’s your turn to order they tell you, “One moment” which turns into 5 minutes. It’s good food, but very very slow.
Decided to go since I usually dont eat here often. Looks to be continuing that trend. No customers in drive thru. So I pull up and for 2 minutes received no greeting until finally was told one moment. 3 minutes later I left. I just wasted 5 minutes to not order. Went arby's across the street ordered and received my food in 5 minutes.
Shout out to the young lady at the drive thru window. African American employee at the Del Taco in Woodstock, GA on Hwy 92!5 Hearts! ????? Awesome Customer Service!!!
Not as good as used to be. Overpriced, not a good value compared to other fast food.
