I was super excited to try this place on national ice cream day but was quickly disappointed. I ordered the flavor of the day which was something like crazy for cookie dough. The picture showed vanilla ice cream with cookie dough, Carmel and chocolate sauce. What i received was soft serve swirl ice cream with some cookie dough thrown on top. Looked NOTHING like the picture. Also ordered it on a waffle cone which tasted like cardboard.
Food is good. Service is getting better. Friendliness of staff is hit or miss...lately more miss than hit. My biggest complaint is the flavor of the day custard never looks like it's picture. For example, the caramel pecan is nothing but vanilla custard with a few pecans on top. Where's the caramel guys? When I order something with caramel i expect to see caramel.
I had to call my order in for pickup due to my work schedule but everything was awesome my very first time and me and my fiance we just loved it the onion rings were great and fresh. Then not to mention the burgers are tops top notch! As well as their customer service everyone was nice and friendly and the restaurant was immaculately clean I was so happy I said wow I might have found my new take out go to place finally!!
I visited when they first opened and gave them a two star review. I've visited regularly for the last couple months and I can now give them a five star review. The burgers are always fresh, fries are hot, and I never wait too long for food to be brought out to the car. And most importantly, the order is always correct. I won't go anywhere else for a burger!
This was our 1st trip to a Culver’s & we really enjoyed it! Fresh burgers, yummy custard & friendly service. Can’t wait to come back!

I have been meaning to try this place since I saw my first one in Canton years ago. Now there is one close to me I waited until the lines were down and tried them out late night.Still packed we went inside. The inside is bright and clean. Services is amazing with smiles and respect. Reminds me a lot of Chik Fil A attitudes and services. Young kids who present themselves with confidence and smiles.Now for the best burger I've had from a "fast food" place in years. For those old enough to remember the meat is prepared and flavorful as Wendy's was when they first opened in the 70's. The meat is real, has great flavor and was cooked perfect. The portions are also perfectly aligned. Meaning the burger meat slice of tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, onions and pickles were perfect - every bite had a piece of each. Other places you get one side bites where there is no meat sometimes or all veggie's sometimes - a lop sided bite, not this place, every bite was spot on!!! The bun was perfect too, soft yet firm enough to hold the entire burger together without falling apart before you finish.There is plenty of parking at this location. The drive through takes a little longer than I like and we waited inside for a while for our food. It's well worth the wait but I do think they need to improve their drive through speeds.Would I go here again? Yes! This is my new "burger in a hurry" fix place. I'm sold. lol
The first time I went to Culvers I didn't know what to expect. So I was upset with the wait time. I understand the wait now and it's no problem. Everything is made to order when you order it. The concrete mixes are great. Not sure what food is best to get tho. Next time I will try the burger. The chick sandwich was just ok. Crinkle fries are only good when fresh and they were fresh.
Pretty terrible service. Got here at 9:40 after a long day of work. Not many places around here stay open later than 10, so I wanted to go somewhere I thought would be higher quality than the rest of my options. Instead I was rushed by the cashier and our food turned our terrible. Burger not stacked at all.I understand it was a little late but you signed up for the job. Don’t treat customers like an inconvenience. We won’t be back and I’ll let my friends know not to go as well.
This location is a tale of two restaurants. During the day the service is great as well as the food is great, during the evening hours the service is absolutely horrible and the food matches that service. This is the reason why I gave only three stars for this location the owner is there most days during the week and runs a very tight ship. The supervision at night is absolutely horrible we waited almost 35 minutes for two burgers fries and drinks. The staff members there helping us were too busy on their phones not paying attention to orders or just ignoring us all together .
