I have been to this Chipotle multiple times and have had nothing but great experiences!The issues I see from the ratings appear to be from months ago but it seems like they’ve had some big improvements.Great portions, quick and friendly customer service, and tasty food!
I am a huge fan of chipotle, and eat there often. My experiences at this location have quite literally been the worst chipotle experiences of my life taste/quality wise. I’ve gone 4 times now to get pickup orders as it’s close to my house and each and every time my order has been made incorrectly. The quality of the vegetables is extremely poor (completely brown guac, soggy lettuce, slimy tomatoes, etc.) and their meat would be more appropriately advertised as jerky. I never write reviews for really anything, but this order I picked up today was so strikingly poor I felt I owed it to the public to warn you not to order here. I kept coming back as I thought maybe they were having off days, but I won’t be back for a fifth time. Go to a different chipotle if you value your time/money.
I eat at this specific location almost every day. It is super easy picking up orders in and out of the drive-through. If you have an option between this location and the one off of Towne Lake Parkway pick this one every single time you will not be disappointed!
Horrible staff. Very stingy even when we pointed out that there was barely a string of barbacoa or steak on our tacos and was met with attitude when we had to request they distribute the paid for amount. Food itself was decent, although heavy on “fluff” ingredients (rice, beans, etc.,…). Soggy tacos but still good, overall simply disappointed.
Didn’t get all our food or order and no one answers the phone !!!! Crap customer service!
Arrived to pick up my mobile order. The mobile order shelves with letter ranges were empty. Witnessed a few other mobile pickups take place in which they had to go to the counter. I requested mine and was told should be up soon. I informed the employee I was going to have a seat and wait. After 15 minutes, I returned to check status. Evidently it was ready but my request had to go through two additional employees who appeared to be cleaning some equipment.The food was just ok. Luke warm burrito, steak was not very tender, chips were borderline stale, salsa was about half water in a miniscule container.Complete lack of management presence. Trash overflowing with bags on top of bags, not a clean table in the restaurant, floors dirty with food and trash, drink station messy. Witnessed multiple employees simply ignore and walk by these issues. Even saw three different employees take a break and sit down and eat...obviously they don't even care about the conditions where they eat so why would they care about others.None of the outside lot lights were on. Lot was really dark. Side entrance was locked.They really need to get their act together here. Considering how new this building is it is going downhill fast.
This was the best Chipotle I went to ever. They were clean, the line moved fast, they were very professional and the thing that sold me the most was they weren't stingy with thier meat lol. I'm a carnivore if I'm paying for the food at that price then I expect to get a filling serving and they passed the test tremendously I will be going back to this location whoever did the hiring hired a great staff!
Worst Chipotle I have visited. Total shitshow.Chips were stale, queso extra lumpy, and the food prep area was in total disarray. Meats were mixed with vegetables. I am a vegetarian, so this stood out to me.Trash cans are overflowing, tables are dirty, and ice is all over the floor by the fountain drink machine.Won't ever return.
Ordered 2 chicken tacos and this is what I was served. 100% unacceptable!!
I decided to try this new location instead of my usual Sandy Plains since its closer. The order was on time and the young lady at the chipotlane was nice but food was terrible. Had no seasoning was bland watery and I only ate half. About an hour later I had to hit the restroom and lets just say it was watery and smelly experience so i ended up requesting a refund and got it (sorry if TMI) . It is a new location and I hope they improve over time but for now ill stick to going to Sandy Plains location even if it is 10-15 minutes longer drive.
