Worst experience ever. The wait to be seated is OK I understand that. But when an appetizer is ordered then and entree is ordered. We waited over an hour than as we got up to leave we were told all the food was on its way out. Then as we were leaving a manager said our order was lost in the computer. BS This establishment has lost a very well off and very big tipper. Sorry this isn't about the food buy we couldn't even get any to try.
I’ve officially outgrown Chili’s. When I was in my 20’s, it felt like great food & service. Perhaps I was naive. Tonight, the ribs were fatty, the restaurant was humid and stagnant, my salad was off a cheap buffet, and the server was outrun by the food & beverage runner. Our drinks took 25 minutes, due to a down computer system ?, the server disappeared, he didn’t even bring water. The presidente, which used to be a staple, was watered down margarita mix. The place was a ghost town, and dirty. We tipped our server, although he was terrible, then awkwardly chased down the food runner and gave him equal, but cash. We’re assuming it was the first time someone had done that, and he seemed confused, so probably ended up giving it to our non-existent server, however our intent was to acknowledge that he was doing the majority of the work. This may sound Karen-ish, but if I’m talked out of one of our go-to’s, to ‘try something new’ according to my kids, and spend over $100 for 4, and the food and service is terrible, I feel an accurate review is warranted.

Chilis is not normally on my radar. We had some younger people in town, so we went there to enjoy the company of friends and have a nice meal. I will say they did a great job. They were extremely short staffed, they had about 1/2 the tables closed. I would rather wait and have great service than every table get sat and the servers are slammed! So good job to the managers. It was a nice couple of hours catching up and we enjoyed or meal and the company! A+
Literally the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant! I wish I could remember our server’s name. My husband and I came on a weeknight with our two kids, the oldest being 3. He started pitching a fit and our Saint of a waitress brought us all kinds of snacks for him and even offered us one of the kiosks from the bar so he could play free games on it. Absolutely phenomenal service! Food was as expected, but the service was beyond anything I’ve ever had at any restaurant!
Hostess & seating was prompt. Waiter was kind & patient. Food deals were pretty good. Food was yummy. For appetizer we had chips, salsa, & guacamole. It was very good. For entrees we had Cajun chicken pasta, Cajun shrimp pasta, 6oz sirloin w/ Ceasar salad & loaded mashed potatoes. For dessert we had the cookie skillet with a scoop of ice cream. Everything was yummy & was made correctly. We were pleased with our visit, would recommend, & would return.
Ordered veggie burgers. They added bacon to them. Luckily, I don’t have religious reasons for not (knowingly) eating pork, but still: This was like their FOURTH CHANCE after A NUMBER OF mistakes they’ve made -both in restaurant and takeout.So that’s it: We can never go back. To the first restaurant I ever visited with my wife.
Hostesses are absolutely brainless. There was a wait for dining tables. We asked if bar seating was open. She said, "Sure but you have to wait until I seat the other 3 parties first." I asked, ok, "Are they waiting for the bar?", "No. They want the dining area." , "ok, so we can seat ourselves in the bar.." "No, you have to let them be seated first." [email protected]?!?!?!;$&=>";# what??!! How does that make any sense? This was the 2nd time this happened at this location. Hostesses are complete idiots.
At the townlake location I placed 3 orders at curb side.. My order wait was suppose to be 21 minutes. After calling cause I thought some was wrong and then asking a deliverer who brought food to 1car that came 20mins. After methen to a nother car to check he brought me my order out 10 minutes later so my wait was 1 hr 10 minures? My food was room temp.. the chili melted cheese was hard the free salsa and chips was missing. He didn't want me to use my chili gift card cause he couldn't swipe it so I used my visa debit. After all this I still gave a 20% tip I don't think I will use curside ever again.
My Caribbean Salad was very tasty. Next time I order it again will ask the dressing on the side. My husband had the smoke house combo with ribs, brisket quesadillas and corn. Our server Emily was attentive.
