This location closes early on a Saturday night unlike any other Chick-fil-A around. Driving up to the drive thru at 9:30 just to see the people working in there throwing food and goofing off. This is ridiculous. Very disappointed in this location. I understand if you have to close sooner because of staffing but it isn't alright for the employees to be playing when they are supposed to be working.

Drive thru ridiculously slow. Come on you should have this all down pat by now. Management needs to get a handle on this before you lose more of your customers. I love this company and what it represents and it's a shame you don't have your act together. I finally gave up and left and skipped this meal to get to work on time. 45 minutes and not even get to place an order. Beyond ridiculous. Shameful.

I could not be more disappointed with my visit today. The lady at the drive thru did not know how to take an order. I had to repeat myself five times. You could hear audible huffs and puffs over the microphone. I have never experienced worst customer service at a Chick-Fil-A in my life. My fries were SO soggy. They were practically inedible.

I hate to say it because we are huge fans of Chic Fil A, but this is by far the worst Chic Fil A I have ever been to.Please know that this review is not based on one experience with this location. It is based on several instances of missing items and poor quality. This morning was the last straw for me though…as silly as that may sound. For a little background: I was working from home today due to my daughter having a doctors appointment. On the way home we stopped at Chic Fil A for breakfast. We were also in a semi rush because I needed to get back to the house and start working. However, of course my daughter had to use the restroom right that minute so I parked and we went inside so I could order and she could pee.Right off the bat the lady who took my order had a scowl and was not friendly at all. And I’m honestly not even the friendliest person either but when you go to Chic Fil A you expect a certain level of customer service. Finally we get our order and walk out to the car just to realize that we were not given our orange juice. Thankfully we had parked so I could run back inside, but had we been pulling through the drive through I would have not pulled back around for the juice. Then, I go to eat my biscuit and had the pleasure of having a hard biscuit. Not once, not twice, but 3 times in one morning did this Chic Fil A once again show that they are the worst location around. If there was any other Chic Fil A near us we wouldn’t be coming here anymore.

This is the worst CFA I have ever been to and unfortunately it is the closest to my house. I have had multiple orders the past month with incorrect or missing items on them. I know the pandemic has impacted hiring but I feel like this is a management/training issue. I will drive to the Ridgewalk location moving forward

Eight out of 10 times my order has been incorrect. The biscuits are cold and the staff does not listen to the customer. Do not recommend this location

Great place! The staff is always nice. Parking lot is very small.

Always good food and good service

Experienced the worst possible service in the drive thru, last Friday. I slept on it for a few days and until this day can not believe the level of service provided. Huffing and puffing, rude and unprofessional. I work in the customer service field and it definitely was not service that Chick-fil-A would be pleased with or stand behind.

Chick fil a continues to give disappointing food more often then not. which is more of a company issue…but that’s not my issue. Your employee Sarah is absolutely incapable of directing traffic outside. She had me switch lanes (for no reason Bc I was behind another customer). This sudden lane switch caused me to be hit by another car (I don’t think she was paying attention either). Don’t tell someone to suddenly switch lanes causing car accidents. Maybe it’s because you guys have your employees wearing masks outdoors (that’s dumb in of itself for so many reasons) and it’s causing decision making issues… Have someone that is actually capable of directing traffic. Let me know if a car is behind me before asking me to switch lanes. Or put Sarah inside so she does not have to make these decisions. Bc she cannot do so quickly. And then I get my food and of course the sandwiches are mediocre. This location needs to be better both with food and decision making. Mainly decision making.
