I come to this chick fil a a lot as it’s right across the street from where I work. The service here has always been wonderful. The staff here is friendly, very helpful and they have a few delightful people who walk around and check on tables. Makes my day every time I see them. This location does take a bit longer than others for orders, especially when ordering on the app and placing a dine in order (where you just go straight to the table). Other than that, great location! Can be a bit hard to get in and out of during high traffic from the outlet mall nearby.
Waited in line for about 25 minutes (Starting between 10:05am to about 10:10am). I was next to order and the signed were flipped to lunch, which I normally wouldn't mind, but this was breakfast for my daughter. They would not allow me to order breakfast items and said they were out of what we wanted. I explained to them that I was in line for about 25 minutes. When we got to the window, the meal was on the house and gave me a gift card to make up for the inconvenience. Thank you to those polite staff members.
This location is now my main place to go when I have to or want to go to Chick-fil-A in Woodstock Georgia. I love their frozen with ice cream coffee it is unreal
I really like this Chick-fil-A. Employees are super friendly snd patient. The food is always fresh and delicious too!
This location was great. All of the management and staff were courteous and friendly. The food was hot fresh and made to order. We will be back!
Definitely a let down at this Chick-fil-A location. It took three times to get my sandwich correct. All I wanted was no pickles and pepper jack cheese on my deluxe sandwich. Then I ordered two ice cream cones and received two cones with a practically no ice cream. We just threw them away and left. There was no point in asking for more there were no adults in sight and all of the workers seemed stressed by the lunch crowd.
CHICK FIL A CHANGED THERE HOURS ??I get off work at 9 and I want chick fil a. For years they have been open till 10. Now there only open till 9. Except Fridays and Saturdays. Change your hours back to 10 please. I watched multiple people tonight pull up to chick fil a thinking it was open. And by the way all the kids working there were eating chick fil a inside.
Great store but traffic bit of an issue. Was 12:45 tho. Very clean and well staffed
You cant say anything bad about them. If you try you are looking for something to complain about and nothing would appease you so stay home and make your own food.
Hi, it really bothers me and i feel like it’s not fair for the people making a line to get breakfast or lunch here! Today i was making a line and the line was all the way to Panda Express and i saw a car that went to the first like as the picture shows. It’s so unfair because people wait in line and for someone to just cut from the other side like no! I think you guys should put cones or something so no one cuts from the other side and they should make the line like every one else!
