We go to this CFA every week as my special needs son has speech and occupational therapy nearby. Melissa is almost always working the days we come and she is wonderful. She is positive, kind, always smiling, and remembers us each week. She says hi to my son and he sometimes talks to her, too, which really means a lot to us. Hope you know what a great employee and exceptional person you have there!

Nothing wrong w the food or service. The drive through is horrible, once you get in line you're stuck. There is no way out and if you change your mind, expect to sit in the drive through for 10-15 minutes with no escape possible! Will never come back to this Chick-fil-A, seems like it was designed to force you to order or suffer half your lunch break.

I didn't think it was possible to have a bad experience at Chick Fil A, but here we are. The dining room was TRASHED. Half the tables had food or trash on it. The fries were not only cold but drenched in salt. As if each individual fry had been taken out and pressed into sea salt. I love salt but I couldn't even handle it nor could my kids. When we went to put our trash into the bin we couldn't because it was overflowing. The condiments area was bare and hadn't been wiped down. Instead of cleaning up after a family with children they put caution sign at the area leaving food all on the floor. The worst part? They were slow and had tons of employees!!! When we left there was no one in line, and there was 5 employees behind the counter cutting up and laughing. I was there at least 30 minutes and not a single table was cleaned. No wonder they were slow ?

The best ever Chick-fil-A store. The food is standard, but they have a full service option, where you seat down with your family and they serve you. The employees are all so friendly. My kids loved to watch the little train on the ceiling area.It was an amazing experience!

While the drive through is more efficient, Melissa may need to work inside where she is not yelling at customers. I was asked to pull up because of my order. I stopped to let someone cross and she raised her voice at me to pull forward. This is not the level of customer service I expect at a Chic Fil A. I have red status.

Ashley took our order through the drive through today, and was extremely rude. She was very short and seemed annoyed that we were even there…My wife is very kind, there’s no reason she should have been treated this way. I’m disappointed. We’ve had great experiences at this location until today.

Disappointed terribly in the changes to menu availability! Made the drive just to see the new place and eat our favorite menu item only available at Dwarf House, the hot brown! Got seated and a waited a few minutes for our server, finally placed our order! Several minutes later, we were notified that the hot brown is now only available during lunch, not breakfast! It was always available any time of day……and the server and the hostess didn’t even know it wasn’t available until after the cook staff and manager had to tell them so. Get it together guys…..I’m not sure we will even try again, maybe in Hapeville, not Woodstock!

Very disappointed in the service tonight. They are unwilling to do a to go order. I realize this is a soft opening but this is unacceptable. So I can order my food and I’m not able to eat it all and you can put it to go box but you can’t do a to go order!! Please get out of your box and learn how to do customer service this is not acceptable.. And then I’ll walk around in order from the regular Chick-fil-A restaurant and they leave my fries out and I don’t know as I get home. And I call and I get crickets. I can come back and get them I’m home I’m not driving back. What where and how is Chick-fil-A Chick-fil-A

Food was good but I asked if they used the original door from the dwarf house as the door they currently have installed and the employee did not know. They should have done that. And they should tell their employees if they did that cause it's kind of like a fun fact.
