I stopped by about 30-40 minutes before close, according to their posted hours, and all the lights were on, with employee cars in the parking lot. I sat in the drive through for about 5 minutes, and they shut all the lights off on me. Again, they were still open for at least another 30 minutes at that point. Incredibly rude and beyond unacceptable. I don't know if I'll be back after that display.Hopefully, whoever is paying these employees to be there during open hours reads this and considers the fact that not only are they turning away business, but they are also stealing from management by not working the hours they are paid to be there, which is a double loss.

This is second time after a seriously drive thru and restaurant was abandoned. I called their service line and reported it vowing I would never eat here again. Tonight after many months I thought I would try. It was late and I was hungry. Long line tonight but I endured. The line took 45 minutes. While in line I looked at reviews. I appreciated the owner answering but noticed many same answers and appears no solutions. I also noticed no health inspection reports on display which is worrisome. Not sure I can recommend

It looks like a blind man threw my burger together from 25 feet away. Pathetic.

The fries are great but the drive thru wait is always long. We waited 18 minutes recently to try the new Dry Seasoned Chicken Fingers. Unfortunately, they weren't worth the wait.

This is, without a doubt, one of the most magnificent examples of a terribly run fast food joint I've ever seen. I have never spent less than fifteen minutes waiting, and less than 25+ if it was an Uber eats delivery pickup. It's so bad that we won't take orders from this location anymore when driving, and have encountered another driver who not only does the same, but once when having declined the order, was called by Doordash and offered a bonus of $10 to take the order, because nobody wants to take orders there. And the lady working all the time, long black hair, always wearing a puffy black and yellow jacket, is extremely rude.

I'm not sure why this place is even in business. They have no interest in getting food to people and can't seem to execute the basic functions of running a restaurant. The owner has no business being in the restaurant industry. I have been both as a customer and picked up food as a 3rd party delivery driver.To start, the wait time will always be at least 20 minutes, up to an hour, even if you're the only customer there. The person taking your order will be incredibly rude and short with you, no matter how pleasant you are to them. I had a nice encounter once but that employee found work elsewhere (order was still wrong for the record).Once you get to the window, you'll just sit there for 10 minutes before someone finally acknowledges you and asks again what the name on the order is or asks you for your order again. There is always something wrong. Either they gave the food out already to the wrong driver/customer, their *insert machine* is broken, they don't have one of the items, whatever. I've always been told this information after waiting for 10+minutes at the window. Why wait to communicate what's going on with orders? They have no respect for people's time. When I do receive my food and everything seems okay, I've gotten back home to realize order is messed up/sloppy/undercooked.As a delivery driver, these problems are amplified. I am looking for a way to get them deactivated from the DoorDash platform. They have told me that they only work on pickup/delivery orders after the regular drive-thru line is completely empty. I have waited for over an hour on more than one occasion for a simple order while they get the other line down to 0 cars. This is why your delivery orders from here are cold and take so long. They don't want delivery orders. If you're a customer placing an order through Door Dash or Uber Eats, keep in mind that they do not want your business. The way they operate, they don't want business from anyone.The cleanliness is another issue. Their health score is abhorrent, no one wears a mask, they handle cash and use the same hands to handle unwrapped food with no gloves and no handwashing. The place is always a mess. I will not return as a customer and will not do business with them through any other means.

I stopped in tonight on my way home after having gotten off work super late, and even with it snowing and crazy Friday night bar crowds, I was met with the most wonderful and inviting employee greeting ever. I have never ordered here before, and I had no idea what to get. I laughingly said "I just got off work and I'm so hungry", and the employee (whom I learned is named Shayla), responded with "well let's get you fed!!". It totally made my night. The food was hot, the fries were perfect. Just what I needed in a pinch after getting off work. Shayla has a great personality, but her customer service skills are out of this world. Thanks Shayla & everybody that made my experience super great. ☺️

Absolutely rude and horrible establishment. Tried ordering doordash and order got cancelled after an hour of them accepting the order and the dasher waiting on them. Decided to drive down there to be told they just didn't feel like doing dash orders tonight. THEN they proceeded to tell me they were closed and not taking anymore customers (mind you they close at 0300) I got there at 11 p.m. which I would understand if they were short staffed but then they took orders of cars after me as I left. So I guess they just pick and choose when they are working. Disgusting customer service.

The Food is Fire, on target ? Big Buford Baconzilla Fries Cheese Sticks Apple Pie and Ice Cream!!! Three nights in a row midnight snack, and the service was fantastic too!!!

The customer service was terrible, but that’s not what I’m most upset about. I ordered chili cheese and fries and hardly any fries were given. In the picture, you can see that I’ve eaten a few(approximately 5) but hardly any fries came in this container. Every time I go to Checkers, there’s usually two times this amount given. I’m very disappointed.
