It used to be fairly good but customer service is quite bad now. 99% of places you get a drink at have free refills and they no longer do for soft drinks or tea, it's a dollar extra PER refill on top of the $3 or so they charge for the regular drink which is crazy. And what's even worse is that they charge $1 for a cup of water because the styrofoam cup Cost a dollar extra. Like seriously you're charging $1 for 3¢ cups now????? on top of the $10 sandwich. Which fast food restaurant has ever charged extra for that. None of this was explained beforehand either so we just expected the water to be free since it was a cup of water, not a bottle.Service was meh bc they didn't even try and do anything after we asked them about that and the food was ok I guess, nothing special but overall I wouldn't really recommend it anymore, used to be somewhat better.
We love the food but if you guys care for your customers, you should pay attention to the reviews... Customer service 0.. It's a fast food place... Customer service should be 5... You literally speak with your customer for 1 min and somehow seem to be rude to all of them..girl on the cook wasn't busy at all and denied help with the $5 discount promo..ended up paying full price for the food..not about the money it's about the quality of customer service
Worst food ever. Fries where not cook and meat was very tough and could not eat it. First time and last time I will try this place.
Sometimes you get decent food sometimes you get the most rude customer service you’ve ever experienced. Flip of a coin, would not recommend for the price.
Didn’t like the service.. two of the girls were terrible … one of them was just rude taking orders the other was just touching her face and hair with gloves on then goes into the fries …. Like no … unacceptable
