This is the worst and i mean the worst fast food place i have ever been to. Its close to my work so i end up giving them second chances pretty often but everytime i go here it takes at least 20 min no matter how many people are in line. Unfriendly and untrained staff. Almost everytime my order is wrong. Avoid this place at all costs. You may be craving some burger king but this location specifically is never worth the time or effort. Never come here.

horrible drive thru experience. Young gentleman with black hair argued with my mother on the speaker when we spoke up after 15mins of waiting. no cars in front of us and no people in the store. Continued to ignore us and argue that they were super busy up front which is why he couldn’t take my order. after thinking we were trapped we pulled around and realized there was nobody in the drive through. super unprofessional and wasted our time. he and a coworker were just standing as we pulled by, definitely weren’t busy.

Went there a week ago and ordered 2 for 5.00 and the cashier said we don't do that anymore. 2 days later I got another email advertising 2 for 5?

Worst BK ever. Never more than 3 people here!!! I mean 5 guys needs five guys, how you got a dollar menu with know traffic. And no staff. Second note, management are kids, underpaid and under trained. Food is always wrong. Meat and cheese, plain! How do you mess that up. Will not give another dollar to this establishment. I'll bet you $20 dollars when you walk in, one laying on a counter doing nothing, and 3 phones out, 1 in hand 2 on the counter. IS THIS NOT WOODSTOCK???

Literallt had to wait 20 minutes for our food to come out and we only got one fry with our meals and we ordered the nuggets and got jalapeños poppers . Like how more words can it get. Tried calling back and of course no one picked up the phone

Service was excellent! Burger was a little burnt around the edges, fries were so fresh and yummy!!

I ate here for the 1st time. At 11:30 you would think food would be hot but guess again. I got a simple large fry that had been sitting and barely had any warmth to them and two chicken Junior sandwiches that tasted bitter like the oil in the fryer hadnt been changed in months. Plus the people they hire to interface with the customers couldn't even comb their hair... shave their face or have an appearance like a normal adult. Management should be fired for representing this product in this manner.

Rude Manager. Chrisson (?) 11/1/21 12:45pm. Ordered through drive thru and was told by the manager it would be 3 minutes as they were still waiting on the chicken to finish cooking. After 13 minutes I went inside and asked how much longer the manager just laughed. He went about helping two other customers and then when I asked for a refund he went and asked the food prep employee to make my item. What a waste of time on my lunch break. When I asked is this usually how long it takes for a chicken sandwich he laughed again saying “Naaahh”. As I walked away he laughed and said next time you come in lunch is on me …. Burger King please train competent respectful Management or please give the position to one of your hard working employees who will be thankful for that position.

The worst customer service at breakfast time. She has gotten the orders wrong and when I took it back this time she tried to argue that I ordered wrong not that she got it wrong!!! We always order THE SAME THING and they always GET IT WRONG….how is it that I ordered the wrong thing. She practically threw the bag at me. Don’t bother going to that location!

This is by far the best Burger King in town! I love bringing my wife and kids here! Roxie does an amazing job taking my order every time I come!
