It was my first day back after medical leave. Commute takes an hour and I was tired. Stopped into this BK for drive though and was treated like dirt. I wanted to get her/ his names but slammed the window shut. There are always new items on the menu so I was trying to decide but the order taker was rushing me. I didn’t want a drink but at the last minute, I changed my mind. When at the window I complained about the attitude on the person who took my order and he/she said “ I was the one with the attitude”. SLAM I use to work for the distributorship for BK. Mind you it has been 50 years ago but I still feel a connection to the franchise. Not going ever going back! SLAM PS I hope this gets to the franchisee
I pulled up to the drive through and was told their system was shut down and we couldn't be served, I again the next night ordered from this location on grubhub, after an hour my order was canceled saying the store was closed. This is absolutely ridiculous, I even got the text of them being closed an hour before they closed and after I order an hour earlier than that.
The only good time to go is during lunch (hence 2 stars instead of 1)If you go for dinner the employees might literally just not make your order for 20 minutes just because they dont feel like itThey also just close whenever they want without reguards to the closing time listed on the window or on google, so if they feel like closing an hour and a half early they 100% will
At 5pm tried to dine in for dinner and dining room was closed with no signage explaining why. Was very disappointed
We have encountered the same rude woman 2 times in a row. We were the only customers there and we got no response at the drive thru so my husband said hello and she yelled back sharply, “give me a minute”! We then waited a long time for our food once we ordered. The young lady at the window said, “those poor people have been waiting a long time for their food”. I know I heard her tell them our order at least twice! And we were the only customers!!!! We haven’t had any better luck with the BK on Bells Ferry! SMH! Is there another one close? We like BK food in general.
I ordered large fries and a large drink and all I got was a small fry and they never gave me my drink they walked away
Friendly staff and tasty food. But maintenance people are slacking. The door-pull handle at the main entrance has been broken and hanging by one bolt for over a week. Also looks bad in terms of a first impression of the place.
I have been going to this BK for 20 years. I was totally disappointed in my food. I ordered 2 whopper Jr with the $5 coupon. I asked for extra onions on both. I was confused why the cost was almost $1 more. I was charged $.30 extra for each burger. All the food was cold I live less than 2 miles away. I probably will never go back.
My order came out fine and for once my fries were hot and fresh from a BK on the northside of Atl. Everything was in the bag, employees were very nice. Only qualm I have is that my burger had two bottom buns. They used a bottom bun as the top bun. Not that it is that big of a deal, I just look forward to the top sesame seed bun. Lol
It would be nice if this location would accurately advertise their hours. Not sure if they're closing before 9 every Friday or if it was just today. Would be nice to know!
