Food was great and quick! Chicken wings were cooked to perfection. Partnered them up with some medium hot sauce. We loved our waiter. You can tell he worked for Chic-fil-a in a prior life. He was quick to respond to our needs and finished every interaction with "My pleasure"! Way to go!!
Ordered med Buffalo extra crispy flats and when they came out ..1. Not all flats.. not even crispy at all.. skin was slick2. They went back and came back out exactly the same. No attempt to crisp them up a bit. Sent them back and ordered a hotdog. Not what unwanted.This has happened the last 3-4 times eating here.I was wanting their wings..Will be looking for another wing place.Been one of our places for 30+.
Food was good but the service wasn’t. When we got there our waitress threw our straws at the table and came off very rude for no reason. She had no manners, didn’t check up on us, we had to about 20 minutes for her to get our order and we went almost our whole meal without a refill on our drinks. The manager was very understandable and actually cared that we got bad service.
Our family loves Buffalo’s. We normally go to the Canton location. Today we went to the Woodstock location for lunch with my elderly father. Mary was our server. It was the worst service I’ve had in a long time anywhere. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, however Mary acted like we had interrupted her day. We had 6 of us, 4 ordered salads. Salads never came. We had to ask for refills each time. Mary tried not to make eye contact with us each time she walked by. It was very strange. When our food came, she didn’t know what wings were what. She gave us no silverware, we had to request it from another server. The three stars is because the food was so good. Wings are some of the best and were great today. We were just very disappointed with the terrible service. Mary was polite when she would talk to us and seemed like a sweet person. Just a horrible server.
Service was good, the food would have been good but there is tomorrow of some spice or msg modified salt.
Wing connoisseur here. I used to frequent Buffalos in other states quite often. At this location, I ordered extra crispy which I don't always do. Had three different flavors. They were all great. The extra crispy was a good call. So good. The basic "hot" is still the gold standard by which all other wings are compared, for me.
ordered to go and went to the store to pick up. had a few issues which they corrected quickly and pleasantly.got to my location found out my mild sauce was left out....after having a bad week and no more time on my lunch break...the manager had a driver drive the sauce out to my work to make it right.I really appreciated this effort no one goes above and beyond anymore so thank you.
And you can't have lunch with a couple of friends on friday. We got a large platter of chicken wings, boneless and split them. Had some fries, sweet potato fries and rice. Everything was good except one of our dressings got switched with a glaze accidentally and we didn't catch it until we dipped our wing in it and it was not too good! But the food was hot, tasty, served well. Service was great. Would have liked if the chicken had had a little bit better flavor. We ordered the bourbon BBQ and Korean barbecue and I could barely tell the difference in the two. That's the only reason there's a four star here. If the chicken had been a little more unique and flavor, you got a five but in my opinion this is a good match with any of the other main wing places around such as Taco Mac or wild wild buffalo.

Never again!! Not sure what happened to this place as there used to be great service. Horrible management, waitresses sitting in booths with customers, no silverware after waiting 45mins to receive our food, 30 mins to receive a rebash yet the waitress kept her friends table serviced. No refill on drinks, I could keep going.....
