Ordered a birthday cake. The gentlemen didn't even write it down. Manager said "oh well" and here is a blank oreo cake. Had to pay $40.00 and then decided to drive to another Brusters to get a different cake. Had less than an hour to make it to the party.Was told that since I didn't have it decorated, the person assumed they would have one. But mine was custom. I just didn't have any writing. Poor Excuses all around
Ice Cream is good just like any other Buster's. They ask you if you want to leave a tip which is weird. Way to make the customers uncomfortable. As a person who worked for Brusters in high school, it’s not tip worthy work when making at least minimum wage. My min wage was $5.15 and I would not have dreamed of asking if my customers wanted to tip.

Great flavor selection. Friendly staff. Good service. It's not on the low price end, as far as ice cream goes, so I'm not sure if the "$" rating is accurate. We gave a large family, so we only go when we have coupons, and the good news is they let you use one coupon per person. We've had their cakes, pies, and individual ice cream treats. Never disappointed.
The employees of this location earn below minimum wage and rely on tips. Please stop complaining about leaving a tip. Just leave a tip because if the role was reversed you would feel differently.

Stopped in with my grandson yesterday. Ordered a small cup of chocolate ice cream. They employee asked if I’d like to leave a tip, so I said to add 50 cents. She thanked me. I got my order and the employee started closing the window. I asked for a receipt. She acted strange and came back and said the receipt says cash payment even though I used a card. Later I realized she had added a dollar tip for herself. 50 cents isn’t a big deal, but dishonesty is!!
The place closes at 11:00 we got there around 10:00 they saw us and turned off all of the lights inside and outside really professional
I went here at 10 and it says they close at 11 and turned the lights off in my face.
Ugh so disappointed as I’m writing this review. Ordered my usual tonight (for the first time in months) and it seems as if management has lowered standards for employees there because it was in no way what I asked for and the employee seemed to not even listen to what we had ordered. A shame. Used to be my favorite place to go.
