This location is my favorite. It seems to have more flavors to choose from than others. Plus they always put candy eyes on the ice cream which I think is fun and a nice touch. There's areas provided to sit and eat your ice cream....picnic table, benches, etc. The people working there are nice, the line moves fast, and my order is always right. Recommend!
I just decided to give this Bruster's a try since the one closest to me has gotten terrible... but lo and behold, the employees at this location must have followed me from the other place. Sat outside for 3 or 4 minutes without being helped. Fianlly some guy comes to the window and takes our order seems like he is in a hirry to close an hour early. I get a cup of ice cream and it is melted. My wife gets a blast and the soft serve is colder than my wedding cake ice cream. My son's wedding cake ice cream is frozen... Then I get down to the bottom of my cup and it smells like horrendous cheese. I am going back to this location tomorrow and words will be had if it happens again. Also I WILL save a sample. NO ONE should have to eat spoiled ice cream, especially not in this price range. Absolutely disgusting. Improve it now, Bruster's.
Please do not pay attentive to negative comments. This is THEE best Brusters around. We refuse to go to any other. The kids working here are the absolute best. They give OUTSTANDING customer service that you will not receive anywhere else. They make spending $$ in ice cream worth it AND they take old coupons...I mean what's not to love. If I could give more stars I would!! Keep it up!!

Headed to this place after dinner. Man their ice cream is amazing. Freshly made. I was truly impressed. Staff was incredibly friendly. Woodstock got it going on with this ice cream joint.
This is going to have to be the last time I ever come to this or any other brusters location.$6.50 for a regular size milkshake - and the kid at the window started talking about a 15% tip! I can buy a whole half gallon of Mayfield's ice cream at Kroger for $3. It's just freaking ice cream, it's not worth that much money

The charisma of the team tonight was off the chain! The dude sang to me through the speaker to ask for my order, and it was awesome. Then, when I got to the window, both associates (the singing one whose name I wish I had gotten) and Hannah were so kind and caring about the customer even close to closing time! That's the real test, and they nailed it.
The singing guy in the drive thru makes existence tolerable. The ice cream is good too. Keep it up, you. ??
