Staff is amazing, led by a great manager! I come in several times a week. When the credit card machine was offline, the staff offered to buy my lunch. It turns out credit cards worked on the app so I did that...This Bo's team is a model team!Also, the big difference between the Bo's in Woodstock and Popeyes is consistency. Every meal every time at Bo's is great. At Popeyes, it's chicken roulette. One day might be good and the next is awful.
So you understand, we love Bojangles, but won't be returning to this one. At 10am on Easter Sunday, there were only 2 other inside customers. Everything was clean, like they had just opened. They had NO biscuits, no breakfast sandwiches ready, all of the front food bins were empty and clean (unused). One young girl at the counter was getting frustrated because she couldn't get food for her customers. (She seemed apologetic to the customers, at least). After about 15 minutes, the manager (? only older lady in store) came out and told everyone (now about 7 in store, and a long line in Drive through) they were "out of biscuits and they'd be ready in about 5 minutes".According to my Google maps history, I was there from 10:03 till 10:47 to get my carry out order.Hope this helps!
The food is fine. But this Bojangles has funky hours. They are only open until 3 every day. Just be aware, otherwise it's fine.
The employees here are super sweet and patient. I was having a very rough morning, went in drive through to order and could not decide, lady helping me was very nice and gave no attitude at all waiting for me to finally figure out what I wanted to eat. They picked the perfect drink for me too as I could not decide. Thank you all for being so kind and not being frustrated with me. Appreciate you all :)
The food is made correctly , according to recipe which is very important at Bojangles. The dining room being closed for a year now, is irritating and order takers seem confused , however , they usually get it right. Closed after 3pm: not profitable to sell us chicken at 6pm?
I love this place so much its right near my job so I'll go in the mornings. Everytime I good there is a gentleman that greets you on the intercom that is the best person you could ever higher. Then at the window you meet this amazing lady they are the best.
Why would you put 2 uber eat's orders in one bag? Nothing was correct on either order. We had to help the uber driver figure out which one was ours, dig through their food, open up the food and break the drink seals and none of it was right.
Be Careful!! Worker was caught eating food while preparing and had food falling out of her mouth on to the food going to the customers. When confronted, the worker immediately admitted and apologized but then closed the little doors before we could even say anything. The manager tried to blame us instead for “complaining”. They didn’t want anyone else to hear what was going on. We were very shocked at how it was handled. They were very upset that they were caught. So much that the manager yelled at us to shut up for insisting that the worker already admitted to it. Please be aware that because it is drive-thru only, they are very lax on hygiene/prep since no one can really see. We just happened to catch her while paying. I know you always run the risk when eating fast food, it was just shocking to see how the restaurant handled it.
Very rude service. Foods not good or consistent enough for them to be that rude. Never give me the right amount of anything and their hours are unreliable. I dont know if theyre closing at 3pm or 9pm at any given day. Rather drive to the one on 92 (15 minutes away from me) then to go here (3 minutes away from me). :)
The drive thru person was so pleasant and friendly he made my morning. Awesome service
