Not the first time I have been to a Bojangles but defintly was not impressed. Waited at the Drive through for about 5 minutes before anyone got to me with no one in front or at the window. Customer Service was lacking when I asked for a coffee and they handed me the condiments to do it myself in the car. May be a first world problem but compared to Chick-fil-A, Id say you need to raise the bar. Otherwise biscuts were very good!
I really love this place and the fact that the drive thru opens at 5:30 Monday-Saturday. However on my last two visits this wasn’t the case. I sat at the drive thru and had to call the restaurant to see if a was inside. When someone answered I was told that someone called in sick and they were behind and couldn’t take my order. On the second occasion just recently I pulled up to the drive-through and their supply truck was unloading supplies and the ramp was blocking the lane of the drive-through so myself and another customer before me could not be serviced. Because I had to be at work 15 miles away I had to leave. Surely you can come up with a better system to unload the trucks that is convenient for the customer and not for the driver and restaurant staff.
Most dirtiest amd nasty bojanlges I have ever been to. I was the only 1 in the store and it took over 7 minutes to get egg biscuitNothing filled in the front food area.. couple fries, undercooked bo-rounds and some nasty looking grits and gravy. Omg. .. please general manager/owner, come check ur store out. Ill post pics
No dine in so I love chicken biscuits with honey could not eat in my car,to messy with honey had to stand outside of car,then I washed off with bottle water If you can't have dine in at least have tables outside .
The chicken had a good flavor. It was fresh and juicy. The Mac and cheese and the biscuits were very tasty. The green beans were blah. The staff was average.
This place normally has decent service and food, but is also home to the worst coffee I've ever tasted. Like this stuff makes Folgers seem like Starbucks, I normally could drink black coffee like water but that coffee nearly made me puke.
Honey Mustard is so important that they charge you for it. but its not important enough for them to actually put in your bag. 3rd time in a row they forgot it and charged me for it. tighten up your honey mustard game Jangles!!!
Good chicken fast and cheap. Biscuits were fluffy and moist. But they don't have google pay as a payment option
Delicious and clean. The family meal deals are easy and don't break the bank when I need to feed my kids and all of their friends!
I've tried to grab a biscuit here 4 days in a row and the line doesn't move at all. I sat in line for about 15 minutes and moved one car length, that's not an exaggeration. The dining room is also closed. I love Bojangles but I won't be giving this particular location another chance.
