Flies flies and more flies. We could have eaten outside with less flies and we were there at opening. The owner should invest in some spray.NOW FOR THR FOOD, DONT BOTHERoverpriced for the amount of food the brisket in the photo is $20.The brisket is overdone and falls apart trying to eat it and notice that it doesn't have a smoke ring. This is a sure sign of a gas or electric commercial smoker. I would post a pic of what it should look like but that would confuse someone.The sausage appears to be commercial and if it even touched a grill I would be surprised.All the meat came pre sauced which is a sure sign you are trying to cover up bad technique.I didn't photo the potato salad but it's mashed instead of in chunks and a disgusting combination of sweet and pickle.Believe all the 1 star reviews and head elsewhere.
Hands down some of the best BBQ I’ve ever tasted. My family and I order here about once a week on a night we don’t feel like cooking. The meat is so tender and falls right off the bone. The sides are delicious (however could stand to be a little bigger on the portion)Regardless you are missing out if you don’t try!I love the space and the fact that they have a lounge like area where you can play pool.
I absolutely love this place! The food is fantastic and consistent. Everything I try I have enjoyed. The ribs are excellent and the meat just falls off the bone. The pulled pork is tender and doesn’t have a lot of fat. I love the fries! Also their bbq sauce is delicious. I especially love the spicy sauce. The portions and prices are reasonable and I always leave full and satisfied.My family also loves this place and typically has me pick up food from here at least once a week since they love it so much.Please keep up the great work!
I live in a subdivision that backs up to Big Smokies. Love the aroma of BBQ in my back yard.? I decided I would try the BBQ for lunch. Ashley M was awesome taking my order. The inside is set up nicely. Enjoyed the music. The pulled pork sandwich was the best I have had in a long time. The fries were seasoned to perfection. The portions of food are plentiful. I will return on a regular basis.
We had dinner here on Friday. Ordered brisket plate and pork plate. Serving of meat was quite large. I’d give them 8 out of 10. Sides were ok. Reason for the 3 stars and not 4 is because of the music/karaoke which was so loud that we couldn’t even talk for dinner. Had no idea it was more of a night club experience at dinner time. I’m all for fun, but the level was so loud it made the dining experience quite frustrating.
I truly had been waiting for this place to open finally rode past it after work picked up something for me and my daughter I ribs, collard greens, macaroni and cheese let me say this place gets a one because I thought it was horrible.The macaroni and cheese seem like it came out of a box had no taste. The ribs, I like to get ribs off the grill and with no barbecue sauce and if it taste good without sauce then them some good ribs, but I felt like the ribs did not have a taste at all the greens was good. I will say that the macaroni and cheese seem like it was pulled out of a boxing it didn't taste like it was cooked like Mama cook it but I will say customer service was great but I did not like the food my daughter tasted it didn't even eat it. It was a waste of money. I forgot about the potato salad it was mushy it was not good at all basically we threw the food away
Ribs, Brisket, and Collard Greens are delicious. Just the way it should be, smoked perfectly, well seasoned. Very tender! A++
I contacted Big Smokey’s for a work event in Atlanta and had a great experience. They were prompt, professional, their prices were reasonable and most notable- the food was delicious! The smoked chicken and pulled pork and sides were filled with flavor. The staff at my event thoroughly enjoyed their meal. I would definitely recommend Big Smokey’s for your catered event!
