The flavors are very weak. The tamarind is definitely a very week imitation of what tamarind really taste like.
A summer time family tradition for us. Try adding the condensed milk to your sno- ball. Just don't be in a hurry.

Went for a snowball with crushed ice but that's not what I got. Does anyone have regular snowballs without the shaved ice. It's not the same.

Favorite place to get Italian ice or a “sno-ball” on my way home. Super large selection of flavors & every one that works there is friendly! Delicious and I have actual withdrawals when they close during the colder months
Don’t get me wrong the snoballs are good and the staff is awesome… the owner on the other hand… genuinely one of the worst and most rude people I have ever met. He is so disrespectful to the customers and his own staff. I have seen him yell at customers and staff multiple times. Do not support this business whatsoever. The only reason this gets two stars is because the staff somehow saved him from one star.

The choices off of the custom creations were phenomenal! I highly recommend choosing to get it “stuffed!” For just $1 more they include soft serve vanilla ice cream. Tropical Blast, Lemon Ice Box Pie and Key Lime Pie were a big hit for our family.
