The service at this location is normally amazing but today it was different. Apparently their hours have changed. They no longer close at 11:00. Now it's 5:30. 5:30? Right before dinner rush? I didn't know this when I pulled up to order at about 5:15. If I had known, I wouldn't have ordered. Once I got to the window, I saw the signs stating that they now closed at 5:30. I apologized to the person helping me and they said "I didn't even realize what time it was" in a sarcastic tone. I felt as if I wasn't wanted there. Got my food and got home and realized my fries were missing. Like I said, normally the service here is great, but today it wasn't. I don't know who thought of closing the store at 5:30, but it wasn't a good idea. I'll still frequent Arby's, just probably not this location anymore.
We’ve always had fast, tasty food with kind customer service. But recently the staff here went the extra mile. My husband left his debit card there and they tried to find him on social media to let him know. Without luck, they kept the card in a safe place. I called there the next day to see if they had it and of course they did. But they properly asked me a few questions to confirm it was truly our card before giving it to me. Then they offered my son who was with me a few kids toys. They were just so kind and generous. I will definitely make sure we frequent this location more often.
So I ordered the crispy chicken salad and it was terrible. My lettuce was wet, old, and red. All of my dressing got gross and watery due to the lettuce being wet.Not to mention when I went up to the counter to get my daughter more ranch I saw the women in the back putting sandwiches together without gloves. Gross dude.I will not be taking my family or myself her again.
Decided To Grab Some Mozzarella Sticks , The Employees Don't Wear Gloves At This Location .The Cashier Went From Handling My Cash To Preparing My Order . There Was Another Gentleman Not Wearing Gloves.
I don't eat at Arby's often, and this isnt about food. I was at the stop light waiting for it to change so that I could go to Walmart. A young African American male came running down the hill with a small bag of food. He got to one to the car he wanted to and gave the driver something they forgot to complete their order. Then went running back to the store. Now, that's impressive!
I'm the only one in the drive thru, I order one sandwich and I'm asked to pull forward. I ask why and this guy gets a very aggressive tone and says "because I asked you to". In response to his horrible tone to me (a customer) I say no, I'm not moving. This guy then proceeds to threaten me with calling the police! Again, I'm the only one in the drive thru! Amazing. Why did he want me to move so bad?? Not only that but he looked a little sick and unsanitary with his mask hanging off his chin like in the picture. Probably won't be back for a long time. This guy even says he is the manager! Just wow.
It's one thing to be able to manage a fast food restaurant getting the food out quickly and keeping customer's happy, it's another to be successful at it. For that you can come right here and come see me
The food was not good. The service also was not good.
I would give you zero stars but it wouldn't let me. I have ordered from you 2 times using Doordash. This time i didn't get my drinks or the extra sauces that I PAID FOR! The food arrived in wet bags and the sandwiches weren't even closed all of the way. The bags were tied (in case you wanted to blame the dasher) - this is not the case. This is a careless employee who halfway filled my order. For the price I paid for my food and the food I didn't receive, I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.
Ordered a French dip and curly fries. I got the sandwich but no fries.
