Ordered two crispy tacos with sour cream and tomatoes. But received two regular crispy tacos no sour cream and tomatoes. I didn't have time to correct as it took so long toget my order taken and filled. So I took the cost of paying extra ate my tacos and left. I would suggest to anyone not to go here unless you have plenty of time.
The food here is usually pretty good. The problem is the service. Sign on the door says they open at 8:00 for breakfast but when you pull through the drive-thru at 8:30 the lady tells you that they're not open yet and that they don't open till 9:00. If you're not going to be open for the hours designated on your door and internet you need to change the sign.
The last couple times going here I Ask for extra beef on crunch wrap but didn't look like it. Root Beer needs more syurp. It was very weak. But very friendly employees. I went thru drive thru.
Very, very rude employees.The women at the window did not say a word to us, and then she slammed the window on us as we were checking to see if everything was in the bag.Also, they got our order incorrect. I tried calling the store, but could not find a phone number for that store.
Says you close at 1am so I spent the gas to come and arrived at 1159 a hour before close you have every employee outside smoking no one took my order at the drive thru. Never wasting my gas again this isn't the first time
On 3 different occasions this taco bell has been closed when their business hours say they should be open. If you're not going to be open at 8 in the morning, change your hours to reflect that!
In drive thru at 10:35 and asked about breakfast and was told stop serving at 10:30. Menu board displayed 11:00 on all breakfast items. Employee out right lied to not have to do extra work.
Went inside with order from app. cashier i belive her name was Lynda? ya dont smile walking up in there check yourself at the door. she had customers laughing, smiling great seeing this at fast food place. make sure ya'll say hi to miss lynda! made my day ❤️❤️
I know we ordered an hour before closing but since when do they only accept mobile orders past a certain time? It’s a Friday night and half the employees were outside smoking. Anyways I mobile ordered my food waited 40 min and my order was wrong and my burrito was in the bottom of the bag without a wrapper so I went back around and was told they were closed 20 minutes before they were actually closed. I explained to them my food was wrong and they said they couldn’t do anything about it, and I just asked for my money back and she had an attitude about it. Overall just a terrible experience. Again I know it was closing hour but don’t be work or be open if you don’t want to serve people.
Horrible service at night. Hour till closing and they claimed the systems were down. Okay, I'll mobile order. We parked, and 30 minutes later we get our bag that looked like it'd been folded in a closet for 10 years. All the food was wrong. 20 mins till closing, ask for the right food and get told they're closed while the rude woman with the funny lookin eyelash extensions is talking to someone in a car at the window. Horrible experience, everyone of them need to be fired and replaced. Hope someone important sees this so that happens. And to think yall want to make "15 at minimum" but can't even make the right tacos.
