Being a business owner myself I hate to leave a review like this but I'd feel bad if I didn't. I stop at this subway at least twice a week. And for the last month or so you've seen to of found 2 decent employees by the names of Dakota and Jay who are very friendly and respectful. But the working conditions you have your employees in and customers is absolutely ridiculous!!! For the past month your ac has not been working!!! Your employees and customers have to endure heat while working and ordering food! There is no windows to allow fresh air in so the fans that are running isn't helping at all. It's just blowing hot air around. I understand repair company's may be busy but I'm sure a company who may charge a little more than the other guy could get it fixed for you! It's so hot customers can't even order a fountain drink because you have no ice due to the fact it just melts in your machine cause of how hot it is. I'd be absolutely embarrassed if my employees and customers had to stand inside a building with no fresh cool air for over a month. Luckily as a customer we don't have to endure the heat all day long like your employees do. Hope this problem is fixed soon before you lose this customer!
This is the worst subway ever. Time and time again, we try it, and their always out of what you order. The employees are nice, but you can tell there is absolutely no management at all. Shame on the owner, shame on the managers. Awful awful awful. Will never eat here again.
The same woman has messed up my sandwich every time she makes it, she doesn’t just mess up on something small either she always gives me a different sandwich and when we went back in to show them we had a different sandwich the only thing she offered was to remake it not even a coupon or anything but the whole time she had an attitude about it like she isn’t the one who messed it up. She doesn’t even read the order either when she remade it which is why the orders get messed up I suppose. We will never be going her again after the way this woman got mad at us for coming back when we live on the other side of waycross and have to come back because she keeps messing up on our subs it’s crazy how the only thing we were able to get was her remaking it while complaining about having to remake of the entire time.
Good spinach wrap
Italian herb and cheese bread x3 sandwiches was undercooked. When I pointed it out to the employees they said it's good here touch it and see. Visually pale bread is either expired product or undercooked. In addition they put very little meat on the sandwiches. This was all after the two argued about who was going to help us. Very poor cleanliness as well. I will definitely not recommend nor will I return. Should be zero stars.
Literally the past 5 times I’ve been here I have been turned away at the door. One of the times is because the lady working there said that she “wanted to go to the bank.”
A lady employee was super rude to me because I asked for extra pickles. I didnt know it was against subway corporate to ask for extra pickles. I for sure wasn't trying to get the young man fired. I'm just pregnant and really enjoy pickles. Lol she continued complaining about how my veggie sandwich had so many veggies on it and that it had more calories than my other 2 sandwiches I was getting. And that subway was supposed to be healthy. (Also there was a hair on one half of my sandwich.?) Needless to say I spent 30 on my food and drinks and thats the only 30 I will ever spend at that store.
It's so gooded.
Food wasn't good. They didnt have sweet tea. They had no ice. No baked chips, and limited selection of chips. Only 1 employee in the building.
I was here today during lunch rush and had a really uncomfortable experience. When I got there, a male employee was trying his best to keep up with the lunch rush. Finally, a female employee came from the back and berated the male employee for being slow even though she hadn’t been up front helping him during the lunch rush that happens every day. She failed to wash her hands before putting her gloves on and continued to berate the male employee and customers as well. Will not be going back.
