My family and I stopped after church on a Sunday night. Only one person was working and she had multiple orders. She wasn't rude necessarily, but you could definitely tell she was not in a good mood (which I certainly did not Blane her for, I blame management) she should never be alone during a dinner rush. Also she immediately informed us that the toaster and the microwave were both broken and had been for days so nothing could be heated. Then when we asked for the sandwich with capicola on it (a new one, which is on the app) she said they didn't sell that anymore. We ended up just walking out. They seem to have multiple issues with their organization and keeping enough workers in the store. Very poor management.

Only one person working. She's doing her best but can only do so much by herself. But the restaurant itself was out of several ingredients. Soda machine had sodas that needed to be changed. But the food that was available was still made correctly and tasted good. Just disappointed that corporate subway would leave a single worker alone on a busy friday night. And running out of key ingredients is never a good sign. Even one more staff member and this would have been a 4 star

Ordered two footlong subs with the Italian Herbs & Cheese bread. The bread wasn't even baked and looked as if the cheese was half thrown on the bread itself. When we bit into the sub, the bread was doughy and the veggies were not even close to being fresh. The tomatoes were especially hard to chew. One of the sandwiches was ordered not toasted and the guy making our sandwiches was going to toast it regardless and I tried to stop him so he just threw the sub into the microwave instead. Both sandwiches still came out cold as could be and were nearly inedible. I would not recommend going to this restaurant until management can fix these issues. I just hope my girlfriend and myself don't end up getting sick from how long the ingredients they used on our sandwiches had been sitting out.

I placed an order online through my daughter and son-in-laws app with the Subway on Memorial Drive in Waycross. They placed an order as well. I’ve only eaten at this location once since they have been open which it turned out to be a horrible experience that time as well. I was apprehensive of ordering from that location again but a year later I figured I’d give them another chance. After tonight, NEVER AGAIN!!! Almost 2 hours past the time of order and waiting in drive thru we finally got our orders. I ordered 3 footlong subs. My daughter ordered 2. The bread on every sub was wrong, old, and stale. The extra meat and cheese ordered and paid for on 3 of the subs was never put on them. Missing several ingredients on the same three as well. 2 orders (5 Footlongs all together) and all 5 were wrong. Had to give a star just to be able to give a review but honestly they deserve none. Called to request to speak with a manager but none was available only 2 new hires who apparently don’t even know each other’s names when I asked. Poor Service, Poor Attitude, Poor Food! NEVER AGAIN will I spend my money at this Subway in particular. Judging by the reviews I’ve read, this has been an ongoing situation at this establishment. Sharing a picture of the one that could not be eaten and was fed to the dogs. ?

I’m a subway fan, but lately the bread has been old and stale. This is one on Memorial Drive in Waycross. They had to know when they picked it the bread it was hard as a brick. The ingredients were great but the bread was disgusting. Please get the soft bread back.

We ordered online last night 1/9/22 4 footling subs. My daughter drove to store to pick them up. There was 3 people in line so she waited in truck till it told her it was ready. She walked in and waited for them to finish up the line. Finally the guy said you here to pick up online order she said yes. He told her it would be a while they haven’t even started on them. She waited not happy, but waited. Then as they made the sandwiches she said that’s the wrong chicken for her sandwich he told her that corporate started making them us chopped chicken on the oven roasted chicken sandwich so as not to have to give as much chicken. Then she was told they were out of some veggies. What topped it off is they didn’t even fix the sandwiches like we ordered them. I don’t eat vinegar and they put vinegatte on mine when I ask for oil. None was toasted as requested I wanted tomatoes and cucumbers they were out of cucumbers and put my tomatoes on my granddaughters who doesn’t eat tomatoes and put spinach on hers she want eat. So 3 out of 4 of use didn’t eat our sandwich because they don’t follow directions. Go to the store by college they make it right. We put in order a few minutes after 7pm online they didn’t start on our sandwiches till 8:29pm. They was barely anything to our sandwiches a few shreds of lettuce few pickles, they were sorry made sandwiches. Want order here ever again.

Waited at drive in over 15 minutes for service never even acknowledged I was there.Took orders from walkins that came in after I was there! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We just moved here from Florida and we came to this subway for dinner and Gary made us the best sandwiches ever with the best customer service to go with it! He is doing amazing and needs a raise!!!!!!! WHO EVER GARY’S SUPERVISOR IS HE NEEDS A RAISE:)

This was the juiciest sandwich! I mean, they did a phenomenal job on this one. It was very delicious.
