Love Starbucks BUT be careful when you receive your hot sandwiches!!!! Received mine yesterday and the bag was not sealed correctly the HOT sandwich came out and dropped on my leg! Thank goodness I had leggings on but this morning I have noticed I have two burn marks that look BAD! Just be careful !! Love my Starbucks thou!
After ordering coffee Olive Garden, in town and it Water down for the third time, thought I’d go by Starbucks and get a real cup of coffee only to learn that they didn’t have any hot coffee brewed at the time, keep on driving, what’s with the no coffee in the coffee and Starbucks doesn’t have any hot coffee brewed? At 5 o’clock in the afternoon on a rainy day?

Went through the drive thru today. They were fast service and polite employees. Next time we go, I will like to try there cake pops. Looks delicious.
GOOD COFFEE!!!! it make me happy nappy happy and I think it will help you get back on your way in a while but I don't care what the other one means to me and that is what I'm going through and it will not work out for yourself because he has no problem going on and he wants it is not the way to be honest
Every time I go, I order the same thing. But I never get the same coffee. Its always to sweet or not sweet at all or too much cream or not enough cream. They keep give me iced coffee with real sugar instead of liquid sugar?♀️and always is out of Carmel. Its better to have more than not enough. need to work on better employees or better training. i still like the the one in Kroger better. I love starbucks but this new one really sucks. Should have just made that building something else. Ohhhh and the entrance and exit scrubs my car every dang time I go. KROGER STARBUCKS IS BETTER!Just went and they were out of Carmel again!! Please fix this PLEASE. WHO EVER IS DOING INVENTORY, NEEDS NOT TO DO IT.

The person at counter had 0 information about the product I wanted to buy. I brought it and we still didn't know how to use it. With lack of info and even some research I returned it the next day. The product wasnt as common to us. It was pretty cool to see, sucks to not keep. She was nice tho.Update: this place has provided nothing but excellent service for the past 3 months I've been getting my iced coffee here.Update: 8 out of 10 my drink is made PERFECTLY. 2 out of 10 I get weird vibez from specific workers I wouldn't even want them making my drink. It needs to be made with LOVE ☺️ . Most of the workers make it with LOVE 8/10.
