employees in the kitchen doesn't wear gloves all the time also they put fries and tots in the warmer too keep hot but it doesn't but they still serve it to people the grill is sometimes black and they still cook food on it without cleaning it also they talk about customer's after they leave and be in a hurry to get them gone so they can go outside
I was charged $5.99 for a medium lemon-lime grape slushy with nerds during Happy Hour!!! Now this is ridiculous!!!! Either the man did not know what he was doing or Sonic is getting over on people. I was on my lunch break; so, I didn't have much time to get to the bottom of it, but I need to know what is really going on Sonic! I paid $15 for 2 large and 2 small slushy, so how did ONE slushy cost $6??????
About the only thing I eat there is the coney dogs. They are amazing

We stopped by to get a Blast after shopping. We went through the drive thru. The cashier who spoke to us over the speaker spoke really, really slowly. (Almost like Cecil turtle from the Bugs Bunny cartoon.) She moved as slowly as well. It took about 10 minutes to get the 3 blasts after we paid. She acted like she really didn't want to be there and she was not friendly at all. She didn't bother to greet us at the menu or when we arrived at the window. The blasts were very messy with the ice cream running down the side of the lid and there was just a tiny dollop of whipped cream inside. There also didn't seem to be as much mix-ins as there usually is. The blast was yummy but the service was dismal.
If I could give less than 1 star I would.Placed a mobile order and waited almost 30 minutes for 3 drinks. No where to walk in. Stalls or drive thru only.My daughter experienced a very similar issue about two weeks earlier.Won't return to this location when there are many other options within a few hundred feet.

Close whenever they want to. I have worked food service in the past and we served up to the time our hours said we closed, slow or not. Change your hours or stay open until your posted closing time. Bad customer service!
Ordered the grilled cheese burger. It was very good and tasty. The Order system is fairly simple and easy to use. Will return again.
Food okay. The hot dog itself has very little flavor. Nothing exciting on their menu.
